Bei der Planung gro\u00dfer IT-Projekte, wie der S\/4-Transformation, wird der Schwerpunkt auf den Projektplan, die Systemarchitektur, die Prozesse, die Softwarel\u00f6sung und die Kosten gelegt. Das Arbeitspaket Change Management als Soft Skill wird dabei leider oft vernachl\u00e4ssigt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die personelle Ressourcenplanung ist zwar auch ein Teil davon, spielt aber interessanterweise eine untergeordnete Rolle, obwohl erfahrungsgem\u00e4\u00df der menschliche Faktor der wichtigste Teil in einem Projekt ist. Externe Personalressourcen oder Berater werden oft vom Anbieter je nach Verf\u00fcgbarkeit, Spezialisierung und Anforderungen automatisch zugeteilt. Die \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der fachlichen und sozialen Kompetenz durch ein Hearing in der Angebotsphase erfolgt selten.<\/p>

Bei der internen Aufbereitung eines S\/4-Projekts f\u00fcr das entscheidende Management werden vor allem fachliche Projektziele definiert. Eine detaillierte Beschreibung der wahren Vorteile und des Nutzens als Motivation f\u00fcr die Anwender und f\u00fcr die Projektmitarbeiter findet leider nicht statt. Damit geht auch der positive Antrieb verloren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Merkmale wie Motivation, gute Ausbildung und Schulungen als ein Teil des Change Management wirken sich auch nachweislich direkt in Kosteneinsparungen aus, was kaum ber\u00fccksichtigt oder untersch\u00e4tzt wird. Pers\u00f6nliche Erfahrungen haben gezeigt, dass diese Soft Skills nur halbherzig beachtet werden. Der oft schnelle Wissenstransfer der wichtigsten Funktionen durch Mitarbeiter im Tagesgesch\u00e4ft f\u00fchrt zu massivem Wissensverlust und Frustration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Motivierte Mitarbeiter sind fokussierter, effizienter und daher schneller. Gut geschulte Anwender setzen die neuen Funktionen praktisch ein, machen weniger Fehler und brauchen weniger Zeit. Anders ausgedr\u00fcckt, die angef\u00fchrten Faktoren bringen umgelegt auf alle SAP-Benutzer im Unternehmen allein durch die Zeiteinsparung oft eine beachtliche Kostenreduktion oder eben gegenteilig Mehrkosten. Bei guter Organisation sind es nicht nur Einmaleffekte, sondern vielmehr laufende Einsparungen. Mein pers\u00f6nlicher Leitspruch dazu: \u201eEs ist doch schade, wenn man einen Ferrari (SAP) besitzt und ihn nicht fahren kann<\/em>.\u201c <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All diese Faktoren sind Grund genug, dass das zust\u00e4ndige Management den SAP-Schulungsverantwortlichen auch mit allen notwendigen Ma\u00dfnahmen unterst\u00fctzt. Gerade bei der Transformation von R\/3 auf S\/4 gibt es viele neue Technologien (zum Beispiel Automation oder KI) und Funktionen, die durch geschulte Anwendung zu den angef\u00fchrten Einsparungen f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr erfolgreiche Schulungen sind auf jeden Fall die notwendige Infrastruktur und eine professionelle Organisation Voraussetzung. Eine interne Umsetzung hat viele Vorteile, alternativ stehen aber auch entsprechende externe Organisationen zur Verf\u00fcgung. Auch SAP bietet dazu umfangreiche Schulungsunterlagen und -services sowie Technologien an. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eine moderne Infrastruktur sollte nicht nur pers\u00f6nliche Schulungen, sondern auch digitale Technologien abdecken. Beide Varianten sind notwendig, um die Akzeptanz aller Benutzergruppen zu erreichen. Je besser die Zielgruppenbestimmung erfolgt, desto effizienter und erfolgreicher sind Schulungsma\u00dfnahmen. Dabei sollten zumindest die Merkmale Alter, Abteilung und Applikation herangezogen werden. Erfahrungsgem\u00e4\u00df ziehen \u00e4ltere Benutzer pers\u00f6nliche Schulungen vor, j\u00fcngere w\u00fcnschen sich \u00fcberwiegend mobile und digitale Tools. Auf jeden Fall m\u00fcssen auch f\u00fcr das Tagesgesch\u00e4ft aktuelle Unterlagen online als Hilfestellung f\u00fcr alle Anwender zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich sehe ein erfolgreiches Schulungskonzept nicht nur als Teil des Change Management einer S\/4-Transformation in der Projektphase, sondern auch als laufende Betriebsaufgabe zur personenbezogenen Qualit\u00e4tssicherung und zur Erreichung geplanter Einsparungen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
