Laut einer Langzeituntersuchung des Marktforschungs- und Beratungsunternehmens ISG lag die Quote Ende 2021 bei 21,2 Prozent. Nachdem sich die Fluktuation im ersten Jahr der Coronapandemie von 20 auf 11 Prozent nahezu halbiert hat, bewegt sie sich seit dem dritten Quartal 2021 bereits wieder auf Vorkrisenniveau. Im Laufe des vergangenen Jahres schied demnach mehr als jeder f\u00fcnfte Mitarbeitende freiwillig oder aus Altersgr\u00fcnden aus seinem Unternehmen aus. Die davon betroffenen IT-Provider sind in zunehmendem Ma\u00dfe gefordert, neues Personal einzustellen und zeitnah produktiv zu machen. Doch reichen diese Ma\u00dfnahmen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zunehmend wenden sich Unternehmen an k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz und maschinelles Lernen, um Personalschwund und Know-how-Verlust auszugleichen. Zu diesem Ergebnis kommt auch die Studie \u201eLimitless: The Positive Power of AI\u201c von Cloudera, f\u00fcr die rund 13.000 Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger und Fachkr\u00e4fte in Unternehmen weltweit befragt wurden, darunter 1200 Personen in Deutschland. Die Studie untersucht die ver\u00e4nderte Wahrnehmung von k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz (KI), Machine Learning (ML) und Data Analytics bei Entscheidungstr\u00e4gern in Unternehmen und Fachkr\u00e4ften. Die Daten verdeutlichen, dass nun die Rahmenbedingungen f\u00fcr Unternehmen gegeben sind, ihre KI-Strategie voranzutreiben. <\/p>

Die Forschungsergebnisse widerlegen die lang verbreitete Annahme, Arbeitnehmer h\u00e4tten Angst davor, KI w\u00fcrde ihnen den Arbeitsplatz wegnehmen. Eine explosionsartige Zunahme des Datenvolumens, das Unternehmen heute zur Verf\u00fcgung steht, hat KI zu einem roten Faden in vielen Arbeitsbereichen und zu einem m\u00e4chtigen Verb\u00fcndeten gemacht. Fast die H\u00e4lfte der Fachkr\u00e4fte aus Deutschland berichtet, ihre t\u00e4glichen Aufgaben seien in den vergangenen zw\u00f6lf Monaten durch KI (45 Prozent), ML (41 Prozent) und Data Analytics (54 Prozent) erweitert oder automatisiert worden. Die gr\u00f6\u00dften Vorteile sind die Zeitersparnis (37 Prozent) und die Genauigkeit ihrer Arbeitsergebnisse (31 Prozent).
