Fehlendes Mitarbeiter-Know-how<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Dass die Modernisierung eines Unternehmens ein umfassender Prozess ist, war den befragten Unternehmen von Anfang an klar \u2013 dass diese Komplexit\u00e4t aber entsprechende Projektmethoden erfordert, war nicht bei allen selbstverst\u00e4ndlich. Die Studie hat herausgefunden, dass 80 Prozent der Transformationsprojekte zumindest teilweise mit agilen Projektmanagementmethoden geplant und umgesetzt werden. Zum Einsatz kommen die Wasserfall-Methode, agiles Projektmanagement sowie eine Kombination beider Vorgehensweisen. Doch nicht nur die Komplexit\u00e4t ist eine Herausforderung. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nach Aussage der Befragten ist in fast der H\u00e4lfte aller Transformationsprojekte die Ressourcenplanung eine Herausforderung, da in vielen Unternehmen das Fachwissen und die Erfahrung f\u00fcr derartige Projekte fehlen. Das verdeutlicht, dass sich der Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel, insbesondere in IT-Berufen, unmittelbar auf die digitale Transformationsf\u00e4higkeit der Unternehmen auswirkt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus hadern \u00fcber 30 Prozent der Unternehmen damit, den Projekt\u00fcberblick zu behalten sowie das Budgetmanagement im Griff zu haben. <\/p>

\u00c4hnlich herausfordernd beurteilen jeweils \u00fcber 30 Prozent der Unternehmen die Komplexit\u00e4t des Projektverlaufs, die Einhaltung zeitlicher Vorgaben, den erh\u00f6hten Abstimmungsaufwand sowie die Analyse der bestehenden IT-Landschaft. Aber auch die Minimierung von Ausfallzeiten (28 Prozent) und das Testmanagement (21 Prozent) z\u00e4hlen zu den Herausforderungen, die es zu bew\u00e4ltigen gilt. Daher werden mehr als die H\u00e4lfte der Transformationsprojekte in mehreren gro\u00dfen Etappen umgesetzt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Immerhin 31 Prozent der Projekte werden schrittweise \u00fcber einen l\u00e4ngeren Zeitraum ausgerollt. Lediglich 12 Prozent der Unternehmen setzen alles auf eine Karte und stellen ihre Transformation mit einem Big Bang zu einem Stichtag um.
