Digitale Transformation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Die Mehrheit der F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte glaubt, dass der Fortschritt und die Ver\u00e4nderungsma\u00dfnahmen im Zuge der digitalen Transformation in ihrem eigenen Unternehmen auf einem guten Weg seien. Lediglich drei Prozent stimmen dem nicht zu. Die Befragung ergab au\u00dferdem, dass gut die H\u00e4lfte der Unternehmen (52 Prozent) sich seit mehr als drei Jahren mit der f\u00fcr die digitale Transformation erforderlichen Organisationsentwicklung besch\u00e4ftigt. Relative \u201eNewcomer\u201c im Bereich digitale Transformation sind vor allem Handels- und Konsumg\u00fcterunternehmen. 57 Prozent der F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte aus dieser Branche gaben an, erst seit einem bis unter drei Jahren die digitale Transformation voranzutreiben. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Mehrheit der F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte gab an, dass das Thema digitale Transformation in ihrem Unternehmen Toppriorit\u00e4t hat: Die Verantwortung sei \u00fcberwiegend auf C-Level-Ebene (59 Prozent Zustimmung; in Industrieunternehmen sogar 72 Prozent Zustimmung) und auch noch auf Ebene des mittleren Managements (50 Prozent Zustimmung) angesiedelt. Auch wenn fast alle der befragten F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte optimistisch sind \u2013 sie sehen auch Herausforderungen bei der digitalen Transformation im eigenen Unternehmen. Knapp ein Drittel aller befragten F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte sieht die fehlende Akzeptanz f\u00fcr Ver\u00e4nderungen (32 Prozent) als die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Herausforderung. <\/p>

Weitere Herausforderungen f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte sind vor allem die fehlende Zeit f\u00fcr die Anpassung der Arbeits- und Verhaltensweisen, die unzureichende Nutzung von neuen Technologien und das Verst\u00e4ndnis von Technologie als reines Umsetzungsvehikel (jeweils 31 Prozent). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
