In den vergangenen drei Jahren wurde die Digitalisierung von Gesch\u00e4ftsprozessen f\u00fcr viele Mittelst\u00e4ndler zum Ad-hoc-Projekt.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Die langsame Wiederer\u00f6ffnung der Welt brachte 2022 noch einmal ganz neue Herausforderungen mit sich. Welche Innovationen wurden durch Lieferengp\u00e4sse und Preissteigerungen weiter auf die lange Bank geschoben? Die Ergebnisse der Mittelstandsstudie von Concur f\u00fcr 2022 zeigen einen Fortschritt in Sachen Digitalisierung, deuten aber weiterhin klar auf Frust der Arbeitnehmenden \u00fcber manuelle und b\u00fcrokratische Prozesse hin. Die Frage, wie Mitarbeitende im Mittelstand am besten miteinander kommunizieren, gewinnt ganz besonders an neuer Bedeutung. Digital beantwortet wurde sie bisher noch nicht. <\/p>\n\n\n

F\u00fcr die Befragten lag 2022 das meiste Frustpotenzial in der schlechten Abstimmung mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen (33 Prozent). Grund hierf\u00fcr ist mitunter die Wahl der Kommunikationsmittel: Auch wenn digitale Kollaborationstools bei der Kommunikation unterst\u00fctzen, kann der pers\u00f6nliche Kontakt vor Ort in der t\u00e4glichen Abstimmung nicht immer digitalisiert werden. So geben zum Beispiel 55 Prozent der Befragten an, dass durch Digitalisierung und virtuelle Meetings die Gesch\u00e4ftsbeziehungen zwar auch aus der Ferne aufrechterhalten werden k\u00f6nnen, diese aber Gesch\u00e4ftsreisen und den damit verbundenen Face-to-Face-Austausch nicht ersetzen. Bei IT-Hard- und -Software hat der Mittelstand bereits nachjustiert: W\u00e4hrend sich 2022 noch 23 Prozent von IT-Hardware ausgebremst f\u00fchlten, waren es im Jahr davor noch 32 Prozent. Auch bei der Aktualisierung von IT-Software hat der Mittelstand einen Sprung nach vorn gemacht.<\/p>
