Die Analysten von Gartner definieren, dass anwenderorientiertes Design helfen kann, den Mangel an IT-Talenten abzumildern. Gem\u00e4\u00df der Prognose des Research- und Beratungsunternehmens Gartner werden bis Ende 2023 weltweit 39 Prozent der Wissensarbeiter hybrid arbeiten, im Vergleich zu 37 Prozent im Jahr 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eHybrid ist nicht mehr nur ein Bonus f\u00fcr Mitarbeiter, sondern wird von ihnen erwartet\u201c, sagt Ranjit Atwal, Senior Director Analyst bei Gartner. \u201eViele Mitarbeiter kehren ab 2022 teilweise ins B\u00fcro zur\u00fcck, aber hybride zu arbeiten wird auch 2023 und dar\u00fcber hinaus eine wichtige Rolle spielen. IT-Mitarbeiter beispielsweise neigen eher als Mitarbeiter in anderen Funktionen dazu, ihren Job zu k\u00fcndigen, weil sie mehr Flexibilit\u00e4t, eine bessere Work-Life-Balance und bessere Karrierem\u00f6glichkeiten suchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CIOs k\u00f6nnen Talente besser f\u00fcr sich gewinnen und an sich binden, indem sie ihre Employee Value Proposition, Arbeitgeberpositionierung n\u00e4her an den Menschen orientieren. Gartner definiert hybride Mitarbeiter als Angestellte, die mindestens einen Tag pro Woche im B\u00fcro arbeiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remote-Mitarbeiter arbeiten st\u00e4ndig von zu Hause aus, w\u00e4hrend On-Site-Mitarbeiter ganzt\u00e4gig im B\u00fcro arbeiten und zu keinem Zeitpunkt zu Hause sind. Es wird erwartet, dass die Zahl der Remote-Mitarbeiter von Jahr zu Jahr weiter sinkt.
