Als erster deutscher Assetmanager stellt die Commerz Real sukzessive alle wesentlichen Gesch\u00e4ftsprozesse auf die SAP-Softwarel\u00f6sung zur Unternehmenssteuerung S\/4 um. Und zwar in Kombination mit der Integrations- und Entwicklungsplattform Business Technology Platform (BTP). Ziel ist es, k\u00fcnftig die komplette Bewirtschaftung aller Assets sowie alle Daten und Prozesse der Sachwerte-Tochter der Commerzbank cloudbasiert abzuwickeln, inklusive Transaktionen und Bewertungen. Hierzu setzt die Commerz Real auf das Full-Service-Angebot Rise. SAP wird die gesamte Einf\u00fchrung sowie den Betrieb und technischen Support von S\/4 in der Cloud unterst\u00fctzen.

Der Zeitplan sieht die Migration auf die SAP-Private-Cloud bis Ende 2023 und die Umstellung der ersten Gesch\u00e4ftsbereiche bis Mitte 2024 vor. Die Cloud-Infrastruktur wiederum l\u00e4uft auf Microsoft Azure, betrieben durch SAP. Die gesamten Gesch\u00e4ftsprozesse sollen sp\u00e4testens 2027 komplett auf S\/4 umgestellt sein.
