Januar 2023 ist die letzte Frist \u2013 im Fall von Ausnahmegenehmigungen \u2013 verstrichen, um die Richtlinien der Kassensicherungsverordnung (kurz: KassenSichV) umzusetzen! Und wer hier das Zusammenspiel mit den GoBD-Vorgaben vergisst, kommt sehr schnell in Erkl\u00e4rungsnot. Wer ein Desaster vermeiden m\u00f6chte, sollte bei den folgenden Punkten einen Haken machen k\u00f6nnen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Das Gegenpr\u00fcfen der DSFinV-K- mit den TAR-Exporten auf tats\u00e4chliche inhaltliche \u00dcbereinstimmung ergibt keine Fehler.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Alles, was Sie zur TSE schicken (um signiert zu werden), ist auch in der DSFinV-K enthalten.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Sie wissen, zu welchen internen Journalen\/Dateien welche DSFinV-K Files + TAR-Exporte dazugeh\u00f6ren.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Vom Bon bis zur bilanziellen Fortschreibung als FI-Beleg sind alle Wertfl\u00fcsse nachvollziehbar und Verdichtungen dokumentiert und aufzul\u00f6sen. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Die Besonderheiten Ihrer Prozesse sind in der Verfahrensdokumentation enthalten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Eine QR-Code-Validierung sowie die Pr\u00fcfung der Beleginhalte sind m\u00f6glich.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Das Archiv ist f\u00fcr die zuk\u00fcnftig anfallenden Daten geeignet und der m\u00f6gliche Anschluss an die SAP-Cloud wurde gepr\u00fcft.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Wer hier keine oder nur wenige Haken setzen konnte, ist bei Consult-SK gut aufgehoben. Denn f\u00fcr alle diejenigen, die mit umsatzsteuerrelevanten Kassen arbeiten und SAP nutzen, haben die Prozessberater ein Dienstleistungs- und Softwarepaket geschn\u00fcrt. Damit bleiben H\u00e4ndler auf der revisionssicheren Seite und m\u00fcssen sich keine Sorgen machen, wenn die Mitarbeiter der Finanzbeh\u00f6rden an die T\u00fcr klopfen.
