Fast zwei Drittel der Befragten in Europa (63 Prozent) geben an, dass Entscheidungen bei der Einf\u00fchrung cloudgest\u00fctzter Innovationen nur oder haupts\u00e4chlich von der IT verantwortet werden. Die Umstellung auf die Cloud und cloudgest\u00fctzte Innovationen gelten als Schl\u00fcssel zur Sicherung der Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit der europ\u00e4ischen Wirtschaft und Industrie. Sie sind die Basis, um Zukunftstechnologien wie KI und maschinelles Lernen \u00fcberhaupt nutzen zu k\u00f6nnen. Dennoch investieren europ\u00e4ische Gro\u00dfunternehmen nur z\u00f6gerlich in Cloud-Technologie. Das hat die j\u00fcngste Umfrage \u201eConnected Future: How Cloud Drives Business Innovation\u201c von Tata Consultancy Services ergeben. Obwohl die Mehrheit der europ\u00e4ischen Befragten Vertrauen in das langfristige Potenzial der Cloud hat, zeigt der Bericht einen Nachholbedarf gegen\u00fcber anderen globalen Regionen. So r\u00e4umen 21 Prozent der europ\u00e4ischen Gro\u00dfunternehmen ein, in den vergangenen drei Jahren zu wenig in diese Technologie investiert zu haben. \u201eDie Diskussion um den Return on Investment der Cloud spiegelt ein hohes Ma\u00df an Sensibilit\u00e4t mit Blick auf Aspekte wie Transparenz, Nachhaltigkeit, Sicherheit und Datenschutz wieder.
