Das Unternehmen hat dabei nicht nur die bestehende SAP-ERP-Welt in die S\/4-Hana-Private-Cloud (On-prem-Modell) gehoben, sondern eine komplette globale Prozess- und Systemlandschaft auf Basis der SAP Intelligent-Enterprise-Architektur etabliert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e4mtliche Gesch\u00e4ftsprozesse, alle Gesch\u00e4ftsbereiche und Legal-Einheiten der weltweiten Kemira-Organisation waren involviert. Insgesamt 60 Systeme wurden in die Cloud gehoben. Das Programm setzte f\u00fcnf eng verzahnte Initiativen zeitgleich um: die S\/4-Transformation, die Neugestaltung des Finanzwesens, die Einf\u00fchrung von SAP Datasphere als Enterprise Data Warehouse, eine Digital Data Excellence-Initiative und die Komplettmigration von 360 On-prem-Schnittstellen auf die SAP Integration Suite.<\/p><div class=\"great-fullsize-content-es\" Das Thema Business Continuity hatte beim Cutover h\u00f6chste Priorit\u00e4t. Alle zum Kerngesch\u00e4ft von Kemira geh\u00f6renden Gesch\u00e4ftsprozesse liefen mit vollem Durchsatz zu den Gesch\u00e4ftszeiten weiter, ohne dass ein aufw\u00e4ndiger Ramp-down der Gesch\u00e4ftsaktivit\u00e4ten vor der Migration und ein entsprechend langwieriges Hochfahren nach Go-live n\u00f6tig wurden. Es war eine Transformation nach dem Vorbild eines chirurgischen Eingriffs: minimalinvasiv und ohne St\u00f6rung des laufenden Betriebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genutzt wurde der Near-Zero-Downtime-Ansatz, der den Ausfall der operativen Systeme auf ein Minimum reduziert. Die technische Transformation erfolgte als selektive Datenmigration mit der Standardsoftware cbs ET. Sie umfasste 400 SAP-Werke und 58 Buchungskreise in 37 L\u00e4ndern. \u00dcber vier Milliarden Datens\u00e4tze wurden migriert. 3000 Systemanwender weltweit waren von der Umstellung betroffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die bestehende Technikplattform von Kemira war in die Jahre gekommen. Der Umstieg auf S\/4 ist alternativlos. \u201eWir wussten, mit dem richtigen Zeitpunkt der Umstellung wird unser Wettbewerbsvorteil umso gr\u00f6\u00dfer sein. Wir haben uns daher bewusst daf\u00fcr entschieden, unserer Konkurrenz einen Schritt voraus zu sein und gleichzeitig mit einer schnellen Transformation ein Sprungbrett f\u00fcr weitere Innovationen zu schaffen\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Taras Podbereznyj, CIO bei Kemira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um beim Wechsel von der alten On-prem-Welt in die neue Cloud-Architektur die richtige Balance zwischen Transition und Transformation zu finden, startete Kemira eine Vorstudie. \u201eDer ma\u00dfgeschneiderte Transformationsansatz von cbs hat uns dabei geholfen, den richtigen Mix aus Innovation und Transformation zu finden. Man kann nicht alles neu machen, das w\u00fcrde den Projektrahmen sprengen. Zudem hatten wir schon eine ganze Reihe modernster Prozesse etabliert, die wir als Best Practice f\u00fcr die Zukunft sichern wollten\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Podbereznyj.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\">Margin Analysis f\u00fcr FI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Im Finanzbereich hat sich Kemira durch die Transformation komplett neu aufgestellt. Mit der Einf\u00fchrung der neuen Margin Analysis kann der Finanzbereich die Ergebnis- und Marktsegmentbetrachtung mit einem hohen Ma\u00df an Genauigkeit durchf\u00fchren und granular steuern.<br>Er verf\u00fcgt nun \u00fcber eine gestufte Deckungsbeitragsrechnung inklusive eines abweichungsorientierten Controllings auf Konten-Ebene. Hinzu kamen die Einf\u00fchrung des neuen Hauptbuchs, die W\u00e4hrungsumstellung und die Implementierung der Konzernbewertung, die Einf\u00fchrung der neuen Anlagenbuchhaltung und die Einf\u00fchrung des Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Digital Data Excellence ist f\u00fcr Kemira ein strategisches Asset f\u00fcr die Zukunft. Durch das Leap-Projekt gelang es Kemira, sein Datenmanagement grundlegend zu modernisieren und auf eine neue Innovationsstufe zu heben. \u201eMit der Einf\u00fchrung von SAP Datasphere als zentrales Enterprise Data Warehouse f\u00fcr das Finanz-reporting und der SAP Analytics Cloud als Planungstool erreichen wir ein neues Niveau im Datenmanagement. Wir sind weltweit eines der ersten Unternehmen, die Datasphere als Enterprise Data Warehouse nutzen, und daher ein Pionier im SAP-Analytics-Umfeld. Es ist eine zukunftssichere L\u00f6sung, die technologisch State of the Art ist, das Beste aus beiden Welten vereint und einfach erweiterbar und skalierbar ist.
