Mit einem neuen, gr\u00f6\u00dferen B\u00fcrokomplex in Berlin tr\u00e4gt SAP der strategischen Bedeutung der Hauptstadt f\u00fcr das Unternehmen Rechnung. Das neue B\u00fcro bietet k\u00fcnftig auf 13 Etagen Platz f\u00fcr bis zu 1.300 Mitarbeitende. Insgesamt 250 Millionen Euro investiert SAP in den neuen Standort, der das langj\u00e4hrige Wachstum des Unternehmens in Berlin widerspiegelt. Entscheidend f\u00fcr die Wahl des Standorts war insbesondere die zentrale Lage in der George-Stephenson-Stra\u00dfe im Herzen des Innovationsstandorts Berlin, wo politische Entscheidungen, wirtschaftliche Trends und technologische Entwicklung zusammenkommen. Vor allem aber gab die M\u00f6glichkeit den Ausschlag, an dem Standort ein modernes, fortschrittliches Geb\u00e4ude mit neuem B\u00fcrokonzept zu errichten, in dem interdisziplin\u00e4r an Zukunftsthemen wie KI, Blockchain oder Business Process Intelligence gearbeitet werden kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das ehemalige B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4ude in der Rosenthaler Stra\u00dfe wurde angesichts des stetigen Wachstums, zu dem zuletzt die Akquisition des Business-Process-Intelligence-Anbieters Signavio oder des Marketing-Automation-Spezialisten Emarsys beitrugen, zu klein. Das alte B\u00fcro wird Ende 2023 zur\u00fcckgebaut, w\u00e4hrend SAP weiterhin die N\u00e4he zur Berliner Startup-Szene durch den Standort des Accelerators SAP.iO nahe des Hackeschen Markts aufrechterh\u00e4lt. Und auch in puncto Nachhaltigkeit ist das neue Geb\u00e4ude bestens aufgestellt: Der B\u00fcrokomplex wurde durch die Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr nachhaltiges Bauen (DGNB) mit Gold zertifiziert, von den 190 verf\u00fcgbaren PkW-Stellpl\u00e4tzen sind 50 mit E-Lades\u00e4ulen ausgestattet. Mit dem neuen Geb\u00e4ude k\u00f6nnen dar\u00fcber hinaus die sich \u00e4ndernden Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Mitarbeitenden noch besser ber\u00fccksichtigt werden. Die moderne Gestaltung der Innenr\u00e4ume regt zur R\u00fcckkehr ins B\u00fcro an, schafft aber auch optimale Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr das innovative hybride Arbeitsmodell, das SAP w\u00e4hrend der Pandemie unter dem Namen \u201ePledge to Flex\u201c eingef\u00fchrt hat.<\/p>
