Die Bedeutung von KI in den Bereichen CRM und CX erlebt gerade einen Hype.\u00a0 Zun\u00e4chst ist es wichtig, die Unterschiede zwischen Machine Learning und generativer KI zu verstehen. Machine Learning ist ein Teilbereich der KI, der sich darauf konzen-triert, Muster in Daten zu erkennen und daraus Vorhersagen zu treffen. Ein klassisches Beispiel hierf\u00fcr ist das \u201eNext Best Offer\u201c im Vertrieb, bei dem auf Basis gro\u00dfer Datenmengen die Wahrscheinlichkeit f\u00fcr erfolgreiche Verkaufschancen ermittelt wird. Generative KI hingegen geht einen Schritt weiter. Sie erm\u00f6glicht es Maschinen, basierend auf erlernten Texten, kreative und neue Inhalte zu erstellen. Diese F\u00e4higkeit er\u00f6ffnet v\u00f6llig neue M\u00f6glichkeiten in der Kundeninteraktion.<\/p>

SAP hat auch KI in Betrieb: Joule, einen KI-gest\u00fctzten Co-Pilot, der in allen relevanten SAP-Systemen zur Verf\u00fcgung steht und der einen einfachen Zugang zu Daten durch Texteingabe erm\u00f6glicht. Obwohl die Vorteile von KI immens sind, gibt es auch Herausforderungen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Datenqualit\u00e4t, Datenschutz und Change Management. Die Technologie ist nur so gut wie die Daten, die ihr zugrunde liegen. Alles deutet aber darauf hin, dass generative KI in der CX-Welt weiter an Bedeutung gewinnen wird. Die Integration von Unternehmensdaten in LLMs bietet enormes Potenzial. KI in CRM und CX ist nicht nur eine fl\u00fcchtige Modeerscheinung, sondern eine fundamentale Verschiebung, wie Unternehmen mit ihren Kunden interagieren. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
