K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz (KI) wird die n\u00e4chste gro\u00dfe technologische Revolution sein. Aber wie bereiten sich Unternehmen darauf vor? Aufschluss dar\u00fcber gibt eine neue Studie von TCS (Thought Leadership Institute), einer Beratungsgesellschaft f\u00fcr IT-Services und Business-Solutions. Befragt wurden rund 1300 CEOs beziehungsweise F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte mit Budgetverantwortung aus zw\u00f6lf Branchen in 24 L\u00e4ndern. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Demnach setzen bereits mehr als acht von zehn F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften (86 Prozent) KI im Unternehmen ein, um Ums\u00e4tze zu steigern oder neue Einnahmequellen zu erschlie\u00dfen. 69 Prozent der Unternehmen nutzen KI sogar vor allem, um Innovationen vo\u00adranzutreiben und den Umsatz zu steigern, und nicht in erster Linie f\u00fcr Produktivit\u00e4tssteigerungen und Kostenoptimierungen. Mehr als die H\u00e4lfte der Befragten glaubt, dass die Bedeutung von KI gr\u00f6\u00dfer oder gleich gro\u00df sein wird wie die des Internets (54 Prozent) und des Smartphones (59 Prozent).<\/p>

\u201eNun treten wir in eine \u00c4ra ein, in der KI in Unternehmen auf breiter Front eingesetzt wird\u201c, sagt Harrick Vin, Chief Technology Officer TCS. \u201eDie Unternehmen erkennen jedoch, dass der Weg zur Umsetzung von KI-L\u00f6sungen nicht einfach ist und dass der Aufbau einer KI-reifen Organisation ein Marathon und kein Sprint ist, was unsere Studie auch best\u00e4tigt hat.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zu den gr\u00f6\u00dften Herausforderungen geh\u00f6ren laut Studie die aktuelle IT-In\u00adfrastruktur der Unternehmen und die Erwartungen der Kunden. Unternehmen erkennen dar\u00fcber hinaus die Notwendigkeit, den Erfolg von KI-Implementierungen nicht nur anhand bestehender Parameter zu messen: Fast drei Viertel der Befragten (72 Prozent) fehlen entsprechende Metriken, um den Erfolg der KI-Einf\u00fchrung zu bewerten. Die Umfrage unterstreicht, wie wichtig es f\u00fcr Unternehmen ist, bei der Einf\u00fchrung von KI einen strategischen Ansatz zu verfolgen und die richtigen Leistungsindikatoren zu entwickeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
