Auf der Sapphire 2024 Orlando gaben SAP und WalkMe bekannt, dass die Unternehmen eine endg\u00fcltige Vereinbarung getroffen haben, nach der SAP das israelische Unternehmen WalkMe, einen Anbieter von Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP), \u00fcbernehmen wird. SAP sowie der Vorstand von WalkMe haben der Transaktion f\u00fcr 14 US-Dollar pro Aktie zugestimmt, was einem Eigenkapitalwert von rund 1,5 Mrd. US-Dollar entspricht. Die Transaktion soll in bar erfolgen. Der Angebotspreis entspricht einem Aufschlag von 45 Prozent auf den Schlusskurs der WalkMe-Aktie am 4. Juni 2024. Die geplante Kombination soll das Portfolio im Bereich Business Transformation Management rund um die L\u00f6sungen von Signavio und LeanIX erg\u00e4nzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
