In der Digital Office Area am Bitkom-Stand pr\u00e4sentiert WMD auf der CeBIT 2017 aktuelle Weiterentwicklungen ihrer xSuite-L\u00f6sungspalette. Mit den einzelnen Modulen f\u00fcr Posteingang, Rechnungen, Bestellungen, Auftr\u00e4ge, Akten, Vertr\u00e4ge und Archiv senken Unternehmen Prozesskosten, verschlanken ihre IT-Infrastruktur und Administration und steigern die Transparenz der Arbeitsprozesse.<\/p>\n

Die L\u00f6sungen der WMD sind sowohl f\u00fcr SAP-Anwender wie Nutzer anderer ERP-Systeme geeignet. Die xSuite von WMD verbindet unterschiedliche Prozesse durch modernste Technologie auf einer einheitlichen Plattform.<\/p>

Beginn der Prozesskette ist die digitale Posteingangsl\u00f6sung Mailroom zur automatischen Inhaltsklassifizierung der Eingangspost. Als Verteilstation nimmt sie Dokumente aus unterschiedlichsten Quellen auf, verarbeitet und leitet sie automatisch intern anhand eines Regelwerks weiter.<\/p>\n

CeBIT-Neuheit ist hier eine Workflow-Engine, die \u201eArbeitspakete\u201c verteilt und ins Archiv legt. Die elektronische Eingangsrechnungsverarbeitung von WMD ist eine Best-Practice-L\u00f6sung, welche die vollst\u00e4ndige Bearbeitungsstrecke von Eingangsrechnungen mit und ohne Bestellbezug abdeckt, von Scanning und Klassifikation \u00fcber Genehmigungs-Workflows innerhalb und au\u00dferhalb von SAP bis zur Verbuchung.<\/p>\n

Pr\u00e4sentiert werden ferner ein elektronischer Beschaffungs-Workflow f\u00fcr ausgehende Bestellungen sowie eine neue L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr eingehende Auftragsbest\u00e4tigungen.<\/p>\n

Wie man digital mit t\u00e4glichen Dokumenten arbeitet und diese in Workflows einbettet, zeigt WMD am Beispiel seiner Akten- und Vertragsmanagementl\u00f6sungen, die sich unabh\u00e4ngig vom eingesetzten ERP-System einsetzen lassen.<\/p>\n

Ein Archivsystem dient schlie\u00dflich der Ablage und Recherche von Dokumenten (bei SAP-Kopplung \u00fcber SAP ArchiveLink) und steht als Web-Service zur Verf\u00fcgung. Alle Module sind technologisch aus einem Guss und k\u00f6nnen \u00fcber die xSuite als zentrale Plattform zu ganzheitlichen Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufen verkn\u00fcpft werden, etwa im Zuge von Procure to Pay (Bestellen und Bezahlen) oder Order to Cash (Auftragseingang und Zahlungseingang).<\/p>\n
