Vorreiter beim Thema Losgr\u00f6\u00dfe 1 ist der Maschinen- und Anlagebau. Aus diesem Segment streben schon zwei Drittel der Firmen nach der neuen Individualisierungsstufe.<\/p>\n

Das sind Ergebnisse des bereits zum dritten Mal erhobenen Deutschen Industrie 4.0 Index.<\/p>

Dass gerade der Maschinen- und Anlagebau vorangeht, ist keine \u00dcberraschung.<\/p>\n

Schlie\u00dflich zeichnet sich diese Branche traditionell durch vergleichsweise niedrige St\u00fcckzahlen und die Anpassung nach Kundenanforderung aus. Industrie 4.0 hebt dieses Prinzip auf eine ganz neue Stufe.<\/p>\n

Ein aktuelles Beispiel wie der Werkzeugmaschinenhersteller Trumpf zeigt, dass Losgr\u00f6\u00dfe 1 durch digitale Transformation bereits Realit\u00e4t ist: von der kundenseitigen Konfiguration im elektronischen Frontend bis hin zur Auslieferung eines fertigen individuellen Stanzwerkzeugs.<\/p>\n

Auch andere Branchen wie die Elektroindustrie ziehen erkennbar nach. So erfolgreich einzelne Unternehmen mit der Losgr\u00f6\u00dfe 1 bereits sind, vielen Betrieben steht noch ein harter Weg bevor.<\/p>\n

Industrie-4.0-Konzepte entfalten erst dann ihr ganzes Potenzial, wenn die gesamte Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette einbezogen ist. Ein Nebeneffekt der digitalen Transformation: Hochlohnstandorte k\u00f6nnten wieder attraktiver werden.<\/p>\n

Nach Einsch\u00e4tzung der Studienteilnehmer wird der Mensch in zehn Jahren nur noch zu 40 Prozent an der Wertsch\u00f6pfung beteiligt sein, der Gro\u00dfteil entf\u00e4llt also bald auf Maschinen.<\/p>\n

Durch den sinkenden Anteil von Lohnkosten an den Gesamtkosten k\u00f6nnten Unternehmen \u2013 auch vor dem Hintergrund ortsnaher, agiler Supply Chains \u2013 den Produktionsstandort Deutschland wieder f\u00fcr sich entdecken.<\/p>\n

Daran glauben immerhin 78 Prozent der f\u00fcr den Deutschen Indus\u00adtrie 4.0 Index Befragten. Trotz weiterer Automatisierung und zunehmend autarker Maschinen: Ohne Menschen wird es in der Industrie auch in Zukunft nicht gehen. Berufsbilder allerdings wandeln sich.<\/p>\n
