Allgeier, ein Anbieter f\u00fcr Softwarel\u00f6sungen und IT-Dienstleistungen, wird nach dem erfolgten Insolvenzantrag der deutschen Gesellschaften der Ciber-Gruppe deren Kundenbeziehungen sowie weitere Verm\u00f6gensgegenst\u00e4nde \u00fcbernehmen.<\/p>\n

Darauf haben sich Allgeier und der f\u00fcr Ciber bestellte Insolvenzverwalter Hans-Gerd Jauch geeinigt. Die \u00dcbernahme der Vertr\u00e4ge und Verm\u00f6gensgegenst\u00e4nde durch Allgeier erfolgt mit wirtschaftlicher Wirkung zum Zeitpunkt des Insolvenzer\u00f6ffnungsbeschlusses vom 7. April 2017.<\/p>

Urspr\u00fcnglich hatten Allgeier und Ciber Anfang Februar einen Kaufvertrag \u00fcber die deutschen Ciber-Gesellschaften geschlossen, der jedoch durch den Insolvenzantrag nicht durchgef\u00fchrt werden konnte.<\/p>\n
