Eine Studie des Bundesverbandes Digitale Wirtschaft (BVDW) hat den digitalen Reifegrads von deutschen Unternehmen abgefragt. Die Unternehmen wurden in f\u00fcnf Reifegrade eingeteilt \u2013 weniger als die H\u00e4lfte der Unternehmen findet sich in den oberen beiden Reifegraden wieder.<\/p>\n

Die Zusammenfassung der Studienergebnisse steht kostenfrei als Download zur Verf\u00fcgung. Der Gro\u00dfteil der befragten Unternehmen ist nicht \u201ereif\u201c f\u00fcr die Digitalisierung. Jedes zehnte Unternehmen befindet sich in der sogenannten \u201eRuhe-Phase\u201c, dem niedrigsten Reifegrad.<\/p>

Eine angepasste Strategie oder gar digitale Kompetenzen aufseiten der Mitarbeiter fehlen in diesen Unternehmen. Im Reifegrad zwei, der \u201eStarter-Phase\u201c, finden sich 15 Prozent wieder.<\/p>\n

Erste digitale Projekte sind zwar erkennbar, werden jedoch nur vereinzelt umgesetzt. Mehr als ein Viertel der befragten Unternehmen wird in der \u201ePilot-Phase\u201c eingeordnet, in der anhand erster Erfahrungen mit digitalen Projekten bereits sporadisch Strategien umgesetzt werden.<\/p>\n

Impulse gehen dort von der F\u00fchrungsebene aus, sodass crossfunktionale Teams entstehen, die zumindest ein Grundbewusstsein f\u00fcr die digitale Transformation entwickeln.<\/p>\n

Knapp ein Drittel (32 Prozent) der Unternehmen befindet sich bereits in der \u201eDigitalisierungsphase\u201c \u2013 das entspricht Reifegrad vier. Hier ist der kulturelle Wandel schon deutlich erkennbar; die Digitalisierung erreicht die F\u00fchrungsstrategie, Kernprozesse, Produkte und Dienstleistungen des Unternehmens und f\u00fchrt bereits zu positiven wirtschaftlichen Effekten.<\/p>\n

Jedes sechste Unternehmen erreicht den h\u00f6chsten Reifegrad f\u00fcnf und gilt damit als \u201edigitalisiert\u201c: Die Digitalisierung zieht sich durch s\u00e4mtliche Prozesse, die Online-Welt ist mit der Offline-Welt perfekt verzahnt und die gesamte Organisation ist auf die Umsetzung digitaler Prozesse ausgerichtet.<\/p>\n
