\"Ralf<\/a>Das belegen auch die Suse-Untersuchungen von Anfang des Jahres. Demnach glauben 96 Prozent der befragten Unternehmen an Wettbewerbsvorteile durch Private Clouds, die auf Open-Source-L\u00f6sungen basieren.<\/p>\n

Jedoch gaben auch 86 Prozent an, dass fehlende Fachkr\u00e4fte sie daran hindern, in diesen Bereich weiter zu investieren. Open-Source-L\u00f6sungen verschaffen Unternehmen aber ein hohes Ma\u00df an Flexibilit\u00e4t und Auswahlm\u00f6glichkeiten, da sie Vendor-Lock-in-Risiken umgehen und so von ihren Cloud-Investitionen maximal profitieren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>

Unsere Aufgabe als Industrie ist es also, daf\u00fcr zu sorgen, dass Entscheider in den Genuss aller Vorteile von Open-Source-L\u00f6sungen kommen. Daf\u00fcr m\u00fcssen wir garantieren, dass gen\u00fcgend Fachkr\u00e4fte vorhanden sind.<\/p>\n

Nur so treiben wir diese Entwicklung voran. Daher hat Suse auf dem OpenStack Summit in Austin ein neues OpenStack-Training mit der entsprechenden Zertifizierung vorgestellt. Damit m\u00f6chten wir die Verbreitung von OpenStack-Kenntnissen unterst\u00fctzen und der wachsenden Nachfrage Rechnung tragen.<\/p>\n

So schaffen wir dieses Jahr 110 neue Stellen f\u00fcr IT-Fachkr\u00e4fte in unserem Unternehmen, das laut Graduate Barometer 2016 zu den Top-100-Arbeitgebern f\u00fcr IT-Absolventen in Deutschland geh\u00f6rt.<\/p>\n

Denn auf Open-Source-Experten wartet eine spannende Zukunft mit vielen Karrierem\u00f6glichkeiten, da OpenStack- und Cloud-L\u00f6sungen weiter exponentiell wachsen.<\/p>\n
