Der Walldorfer Public-Cloud-Anbieter und SAP-Partner Virtustream hat eine Partnerschaft mit dem Spezialisten f\u00fcr Daten\u00admanagement und Datenarchivierung im SAP-Umfeld, der PBS Software, Bensheim, geschlossen.<\/p>\n

Geplant ist, dass Kunden ihre SAP-Daten und Dokumente mit dem bew\u00e4hrten PBS ContentLink k\u00fcnftig in der Storage Cloud von Virtustream archivieren k\u00f6nnen. Mit dem Contentlink Inter\u00adface k\u00f6nnen nun Archivdaten direkt bei der Ablage in einem unver\u00e4nderbaren Format in der Virtustream Storage Cloud gespeichert werden.<\/p>

Der Vorteil dabei:<\/h3>\n

Die Kunden nutzen die Archivierung als Service, m\u00fcssen sich also nicht um Anschaffung, Implementierung und Betrieb entsprechende Hardware k\u00fcmmern. Die Virtustream Storage Cloud ist speziell f\u00fcr komplexe, gesch\u00e4ftskritische Anwendungen wie SAP konzipiert.<\/p>\n

Die Daten werden in verschiedenen Rechenzentren repliziert \u2013 damit ist ihre Verf\u00fcgbarkeit selbst nach einem Hardwareausfall garantiert. Die technische Validierung des neuen Cloud-Angebots ist bereits abgeschlossen.<\/p>\n
