Im Zuge der geplanten \u00dcbernahme soll Gigya in den Hybris-Gesch\u00e4ftsbereich f\u00fcr Customer Engagement und Commerce eingegliedert werden. Die Gigya-Plattform f\u00fcr Access und Customer Identity Management unterst\u00fctzt Unternehmen beim Aufbau digitaler Beziehungen zu ihren Kunden.<\/p>\n

Konkret erm\u00f6glicht sie das Management der Profile, Pr\u00e4ferenzen, Erlaubnis- und Einwilligungseinstellungen von Kunden, wobei diese jederzeit die volle Kontrolle \u00fcber ihre Daten behalten.<\/p>

Zustimmung und Registrierung erfolgen \u00fcber die Registration-as-a-Service-L\u00f6sung von Gigya, die aktuelle l\u00e4nderspezifische Datenschutzbestimmungen und Com\u00adpliance-Anforderungen ebenso ber\u00fccksichtigt wie die EU-Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO).<\/p>\n

Gigya verwaltet derzeit 1,3 Milliarden Kundenidentit\u00e4ten, mit denen Unternehmen individuelle Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen und pflegen. Die Technologie stellt den Verbrauchern unabh\u00e4ngig von Vertriebskanal und Touchpoint neue Funktionen bereit, erstellt detaillierte, intelligente Profile und erm\u00f6glicht Abteilungen wie Vertrieb, Kundenservice und Marketing eine zustimmungsbasierte Personalisierung ihrer Inhalte.<\/p>\n

Mit der \u00dcbernahme beginnt nun eine neue Phase dieser Zusammenarbeit. Gigya besch\u00e4ftigt mehr als 300 Mitarbeiter und hat seinen Sitz im kalifornischen Mountain View.<\/p>\n
