Deutschland bietet laut dem \u201e2018 Global Cloud Computing Scorecard\u201c effektive Gesetze zum Schutz von E-Commerce und zur Cybersecurity sowie eine gute Unterst\u00fctzung von internationalen Standards und Interoperabilit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n

Bei der Studie wurden einzelne L\u00e4nder in Bezug auf die Eignung f\u00fcr die erfolgreiche Verbreitung und das Wachstum von Cloud-Computing-Diensten analysiert.<\/p>

Die aktuelle Studie zeigt durch ihre \u00fcberarbeitete Methodik noch klarer auf, welche politischen Ma\u00dfnahmen das exponentielle Wachstum von Cloud Computing w\u00e4hrend der vergangenen f\u00fcnf Jahre unterst\u00fctzt haben.<\/p>\n

Dabei wurden vor allem die Bereiche Datenschutz, Cybersecurity-Gesetzgebung und Breitband-Infrastruktur noch st\u00e4rker beachtet. Hinter Deutschland folgen mit geringem Abstand Japan und die USA.<\/p>\n

Das Schlussfeld bildet eine kleine Gruppe von L\u00e4ndern, die einen rein nationalen Ansatz verfolgen: Russland, China, Indonesien und Vietnam. In vielen L\u00e4ndern wird die Gesetzgebung zum Datenschutz modernisiert und verfeinert. Dies betrifft vor allem grenz\u00fcberschreitende Datenstr\u00f6me.<\/p>\n

In einigen L\u00e4ndern sind jedoch noch keine angemessenen Datenschutzgesetze in Kraft. Schwellenl\u00e4nder verz\u00f6gern die Verabschiedung cloudfreundlicher Gesetze und behindern ihr Wachstum.<\/p>\n

Beispiele daf\u00fcr sind Regularien, die Cloud-Service-Providern erhebliche Beschr\u00e4nkungen auferlegen, so etwa die Auflage zur lokalen Datenspeicherung. Auch das Fehlen von Cyber-Schutzma\u00dfnahmen wirkt sich negativ aus.<\/p>\n
