Bis Mitte 2016 nutzten die Servicetechniker von Arburg in L\u00e4ndern mit gr\u00f6\u00dferen Niederlassungen bei ihren Eins\u00e4tzen vor Ort bereits eine mobile L\u00f6sung.<\/p>\n<p>Da diese allerdings iOS nicht unterst\u00fctzte und sehr lange Ladezeiten aufwies, entschied sich Arburg f\u00fcr die weltweite Abl\u00f6sung beziehungsweise Einf\u00fchrung der plattform\u00fcbergreifenden Service-App CrossMIP von MobileX. Damit k\u00f6nnen die Servicetechniker ihren Status tags\u00fcber schnell und einfach aktualisieren, ohne ihren Laptop hochzufahren.<\/p><div class=\"great-fullsize-content-es\" style=\"margin-left: \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Erstellung von l\u00e4ngeren Dokumenten wie Serviceberichten nutzen sie die mobile L\u00f6sung MIP for Field Service auf ihrem Laptop. Die Disponenten bei Arburg planen nun die Inbetriebnahmen, Umbauten und Reparaturen in Form von Tages- und Wochentouren f\u00fcr die Servicetechniker in MobileX-Dispatch. Dabei stehen ihnen verschiedene Ansichten in Form von Listen, Gantt-Diagramm oder Karten zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/e3magpmp.greatsolution.dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Heckner-1802.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Globale serviceprozesse werden digital\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-33041\" src=\"http:\/\/e3magpmp.greatsolution.dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Heckner-1802.jpg\" alt=\"Heckner 1802\" width=\"800\" height=\"356\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Der Projektstart bei Arburg erfolgte Ende September 2016. Mitte November war Polen als erstes Land mit CrossMIP aktiv, die Migration in der Schweiz folgte im Dezember. Bis Juli erhielten nach und nach insgesamt 232 Servicetechniker die mobilen L\u00f6sungen sowie 57 Disponenten mobileX-Dispatch in 18 Niederlassungen in Europa, Asien und in den USA.<\/p>\n<p>Die Integration in das bestehende SAP CRM Service-System erfolgte \u00fcber Webservices. Dass die mobilen L\u00f6sungen die Servicetechniker plattform\u00fcbergreifendend unterst\u00fctzen, war f\u00fcr das Unternehmen von entscheidender Bedeutung.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eZudem war uns eine
