Bisher war die Integration von Mitarbeiter- und Organisationsdaten aus unterschiedlichen Systemen komplex und kostspielig. Der SuccessFactors People Central Hub soll nun dieses Problem l\u00f6sen, indem er diese Daten aus Altsystemen in einem zentralen, cloudbasierten Hub konsolidiert.<\/p>\n

Dort werden sie dann in SAP-Unternehmensanwendungen wie S\/4 Hana \u00adintegriert und bereitgestellt. Das skalierbare Tool soll SAP-Kunden die Digitalisierung des Personalwesens und den Weg in die Cloud erleichtern.<\/p>

Vorkonfigurierte Schnittstellen, die von SAP entwickelt und gepflegt werden, erlauben es, die Kosten und Risiken einer teuren und komplexen Punkt-zu-Punkt-Integration von Mitarbeiter- und Organisationsdaten in andere SAP-Unternehmenssysteme zu verringern.<\/p>\n
