Demand-driven MRP (DDMRP) als Konzept f\u00fcr eine effektive und bedarfsgesteuerte Supply-Chain-Planung ist mittlerweile auch vollst\u00e4ndig in der SAP-Welt angekommen.<\/p>\n

Heute sind f\u00fcr alle relevanten SAP-Plattformen (SAP ECC, SAP SCM, S\/4 Hana, SAP Integrated Business Planning) entsprechende L\u00f6sungen verf\u00fcgbar.<\/p>

Eine besonders geeignete Plattform f\u00fcr das DDMRP-Konzept ist SAP Inte\u00adgrated Business Planning (SAP IBP), da sich hier sehr leicht das gesamte Produktions- und Distributionsnetzwerk abbilden l\u00e4sst \u2013 eine wichtige Voraussetzung f\u00fcr die systematische Definition und \u00dcberwachung von strategischen Entkopplungspunkten, wie sie das DDMRP-Konzept vorsieht.<\/p>\n

Die von Camelot ITLab und SAP gemeinsam entwickelte L\u00f6sung DDMRP f\u00fcr SAP IBP baut auf dieser starken Basis auf, indem sie bestehende Standards erweitert, anstatt sie zu ersetzen. Die Implementierung des Konzeptes ist damit auch f\u00fcr SAP-IBP-Bestandskunden leicht m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n

Enhancement Framework<\/h3>\n

Innerhalb des SAP IBP-Systems sind eigene Entwicklungen nicht m\u00f6glich. Eine Erweiterung des Standards erfolgt \u00fcber ein En\u00adhancement Framework mit entsprechenden Schnittstellen.<\/p>\n

Nicht nur DDMRP f\u00fcr SAP IBP nutzt diese Funktion, auch weitere Anwendungen k\u00f6nnen somit den SAP-IBP-Standard erg\u00e4nzen. Im Kontext von Demand-driven SCM sind vor allem f\u00fcr komplexe Umgebungen und umfangreiche globale Supply Chains h\u00e4ufig weitergehende Funktionalit\u00e4ten notwendig, um die Kernprinzipien des Konzepts vollst\u00e4ndig zu realisieren.<\/p>\n

Beispielsweise erfordert das Prinzip einer Parameter-gesteuerten Supply Chain in komplexen und heterogenen Umgebungen eine systematische Segmentierung und daraus abgeleitete Parametrisierung, die sich mit Bordmitteln jedoch nur begrenzt umsetzen l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n

Ein weiterer Anwendungsfall ist der Einsatz von KI-Algorithmen f\u00fcr die Optimierung von Planungsparametern wie z. B. Bestandslevel (Camelot AI-enabled Supply Chain Planning). Die SAP Cloud Platform wird in diesen Szenarien f\u00fcr den Betrieb der Erweiterungen genutzt. Dies entspricht der strategischen Ausrichtung der SAP, die ihre Cloud Platform bereits f\u00fcr Erweiterungen anderer Cloud-Produkte unterst\u00fctzt und verwendet.<\/p>\n

Derartige Erweiterungen f\u00fcr Standardsoftware und deren Prozesse wie z. B. S\/4, SAP IBP, SAP SCM werden als Microservices bezeichnet. Ihre Aufgabe ist die Verbesserung bestehender oder die Einf\u00fchrung neuer Prozessschritte innerhalb eines Gesch\u00e4ftsprozesses.<\/p>\n

Ein solcher Microservice muss die Datenextraktion und -verarbeitung sowie die \u00dcbertragung ermittelter Ergebnisse umsetzen. F\u00fcr die Abbildung dieses Prozesses verwendet Camelot die auf Basis der SAP Cloud Platform entwickelte Camelot Intelligence Engine.<\/p>\n

Sie ist zus\u00e4tzlich in der Lage, die Ausf\u00fchrung des Prozesses mit einplanbaren Jobs zu wiederholen. Diese Basis nutzt das Cloud-Produkt Camelot Segment & Strategize im Kontext der Datensegmentierung.<\/p>\n

Segment & Strategize erm\u00f6glicht die systematische Segmentierung von Produkten, Kunden, Lieferanten und anderen (planungs)relevanten Entit\u00e4ten und eine da\u00adraus abgeleitete Parametrisierung der Supply-Chain-Planung.<\/p>\n

Das Ergebnis ist eine sich st\u00e4ndig aktualisierende und differenzierte Parametrisierung der Supply Chain und damit ein wichtiger Grundpfeiler des Demand-driven SCM.<\/p>\n
