SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) ist die Cloud-L\u00f6sung der SAP f\u00fcr Echtzeit-Supply-Chain-Planung. Damit Unternehmen das Demand-driven- MRP-Konzept (DDMRP) auch in der SAP- IBP-Plattform nutzen k\u00f6nnen, haben Camelot Innovative Technologies Lab (Camelot ITLab) und SAP im Rahmen eines Co-Innovationsprojektes die Erweiterungsl\u00f6sung \u201eDDMRP for SAP IBP\u201c entwickelt \u2013 als erste Erweiterung f\u00fcr SAP Integrated Business Planning.<\/p>\n

DDMRP for SAP IBP unterst\u00fctzt alle f\u00fcnf Schritte des DDMRP-Konzepts. Die L\u00f6sung wurde vom Demand Driven Insti\u00adtute (DDI), der globalen Autorit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Demand-driven-Konzepte, als \u201eDDMRP compliant\u201c best\u00e4tigt.<\/p>

Sie gilt als zentraler Meilenstein der SAP-Strategie, eine offene und erweiterbare Infrastruktur f\u00fcr die schnell wachsende, moderne Supply-Chain-Planungsplattform bereitzustellen.<\/p>\n

DDMRP for SAP IBP besteht aus zwei Komponenten: dem in der SAP Cloud Platform umgesetzten Enhancement Module und dem Con\u00adfiguration Module, das vollst\u00e4ndig auf SAP-IBP-Standardfunktionalit\u00e4ten basiert.<\/p>\n

Enhancement Module<\/h3>\n

Das DDMRP for SAP IBP Enhancement Module umfasst jene Funktionalit\u00e4ten, welche nicht mit IBP-Standardfunktionen umgesetzt werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Dazu z\u00e4hlen beispielsweise die strategische Platzierung von Entkopplungspunkten oder die dynamische Berechnung der entkoppelten Durchlaufzeiten in den ersten beiden Schritten des DDMRP-Konzepts.<\/p>\n

Configuration Module<\/h3>\n

Die eigentliche Planung und Steuerung erfolgt hier \u00fcber vorkonfigurierte Planungsansichten in MS Excel durch Nutzung des SAP IBP Excel Add-ins sowie \u00fcber Dashboards und Alerts im SAP IBP Web Interface.<\/p>\n

Da es sich bei SAP IBP um eine cloudbasierte L\u00f6sung handelt, ist eine Integration mit existierenden On-premise-ERP- und Planungssystemen durch die SAP Cloud Platform Integration for Data Services (HCI-DS) ein zentraler Bestandteil und problemlos m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n

Die \u201eDDMRP for SAP IBP Konfiguration\u201c wird als Rapid Deployment Solution (RDS) zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt, die Unternehmen eine Pilotimplementierung in sehr kurzer Zeit erm\u00f6glicht.<\/p>\n

Das DDMRP-Konzept ist bereits bei international agierenden Unternehmen aus unterschiedlichsten Branchen im Einsatz. Infolge der Einf\u00fchrung und Nutzung der Erweiterungsl\u00f6sung \u201eDDMRP for SAP IBP\u201c erzielten und erzielen sie eine Reduzierung der Variabilit\u00e4t sowie eine Stabilisierung des Materialflusses in ihrer Supply Chain.
