Viele Unternehmen in der Prozessindustrie sind von den Konzepten des Demand-driven Supply Chain Management \u00fcberzeugt. Wenn es um die Einf\u00fchrung geht, stehen sie jedoch oft vor der Herausforderung, die Theorie auf die Komplexit\u00e4t ihrer Supply Chain anzuwenden.<\/p>\n

DDMRP (verf\u00fcgbar auf S\/4, SAP IBP und SAP SCM) reduziert die Variabilit\u00e4t von Angebot und Nachfrage, indem Lagerbest\u00e4nde im System als Puffer verwendet werden und deren Nachschub auf Basis des tats\u00e4chlichen Verbrauchs anstatt der prognostizierten Nachfrage erfolgt.<\/p>\n

Die Produktion l\u00e4uft dann nach dem sich wiederholenden zyklischen Produktionsansatz des DDRWP (verf\u00fcgbar auf S\/4 und SAP SCM) ab. Auf diese Weise wird die Produktion nivelliert, Nachfrageschwankungen auf der vorgelagerten Stufe (erforderliche Komponenten) reduziert und die Sichtbarkeit sowie Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit der Versorgungssignale erh\u00f6ht.<\/p>\n

Hierbei werden Produktionsbeschr\u00e4nkungen wie Losgr\u00f6\u00dfen, Kampagnen und eine optimale Sequenz ber\u00fccksichtigt. Mit der Demand-driven Lean Planning Suite bietet Camelot vor allem der Prozessindustrie ein ganzheitliches und integriertes L\u00f6sungspaket und unterst\u00fctzt damit die Einf\u00fchrung eines Demand-driven Betriebsmodells (Demand-driven Operating Model). Die Integration von DDMRP und DDRWP in der Camelot Demand-driven Lean Planning Suite hat unter anderem folgende Vorteile: Im Rahmen des Designs beziehungsweise der Parametrisierung werden die DDRWP-Parameter wie Zykluszeiten, Produktionsmengen und Kampagnenfrequenz herangezogen, um die H\u00f6he der DDMRP-Bestandspuffer automatisch zu bestimmen und auf die Produktionsbeschr\u00e4nkungen sowie Vorlaufzeiten auszurichten.<\/p>\n
