Das ist das Ergebnis einer repr\u00e4sentativen Befragung im Auftrag des Digitalverbands Bitkom unter 855 Personalverantwortlichen in Unternehmen ab drei Mitarbeitern in Deutschland.<\/p>\n

So geben 89 Prozent der Befragten an, dass sie immer pers\u00f6nliche Vorstellungsgespr\u00e4che vor Ort mit den Kandidaten vereinbaren. Telefoninterviews mit Bewerbern nutzen dagegen nur sechs Prozent immer, 42 Prozent verzichten dagegen grunds\u00e4tzlich darauf.<\/p>

Noch seltener werden Videotelefonate eingesetzt, etwa \u00fcber \u00adSkype. Kein Personaler nutzt diese immer, 81 Prozent greifen nie auf Videogespr\u00e4che zur\u00fcck, obwohl dies oftmals die beste Option ist.<\/p>\n

Mit einem kurzen Videogespr\u00e4ch bekommt man schnell und mit geringem Aufwand einen ersten Eindruck vom Gegen\u00fcber. Davon profitieren beide Seiten: Der Personalverantwortliche kann so seine Eindr\u00fccke vom Kandidaten vervollst\u00e4ndigen, der Bewerber hat die M\u00f6glichkeit, sich \u00fcber die schriftlichen Unterlagen hinaus zu pr\u00e4sentieren.<\/p>\n

\u201eDie Zur\u00fcckhaltung der Personalverantwortlichen ist bemerkenswert. Gerade f\u00fcr junge Bewerber sind Videogespr\u00e4che heute selbstverst\u00e4ndlich\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n
