Der deutsche Mittelstand ist der Cloud gegen\u00fcber immer aufgeschlossener und somit steigt die Nachfrage nach cloudbasierten CRM- und ERP-Anwendungen kontinuierlich.<\/p>\n

Die Unsicherheiten hinsichtlich der Datensicherheit nehmen bei vielen kleinen und mittelst\u00e4ndischen Unternehmen (KMU) ab. Gleichzeitig hat die Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO) Einfluss auf die Entwicklung des CRM-, ERP- und Cloud-Markts.<\/p>

K\u00fcnstliche-Intelligenz-Komponenten (KI) werden zunehmend in ERP- und CRM-Systemen integriert. KI unterst\u00fctzt somit in ERP-Systemen eine intelligente Warenwirtschaft. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen Unternehmen ihre Prozesse erheblich verbessern und effizienter sowie kosteng\u00fcnstiger arbeiten.<\/p>\n

KI-basierte Anwendungen werden f\u00fcr mittelst\u00e4ndische Unternehmen zuk\u00fcnftig eine gro\u00dfe Rolle spielen, beispielsweise zur Erstellung verbesserter Beschaffungsprognosen. Auch im Bereich CRM k\u00f6nnen mit KI-Komponenten neue Erkenntnisse \u00fcber Kunden automatisch analysiert und f\u00fcr eine gezielte, personalisierte Kundenansprache genutzt werden.<\/p>\n

Dieses theoretische Potenzial und die darauf aufbauenden Ma\u00dfnahmen m\u00fcssen allerdings im Einklang mit der DSGVO stehen. Immer mehr Unternehmen migrieren ihr ERP- und\/oder CRM-System au\u00dferdem in die Cloud. Die Bedenken hinsichtlich der Datensicherheit werden geringer.<\/p>\n

Dies h\u00e4ngt sicherlich auch damit zusammen, dass es bislang keine gr\u00f6\u00dferen Sicherheitsvorf\u00e4lle gab. Und die Vorteile der Cloud liegen auf der Hand: Eine aufw\u00e4ndige IT-Infrastruktur wird \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig, wodurch Firmen ihre internen IT-Kosten erheblich senken k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Durch die zunehmende Anzahl von Cyberangriffen und neue Anforderungen durch die DSGVO kommt der Datensicherheit ein gr\u00f6\u00dferer Stellenwert in Unternehmen zu. ERP-Systeme k\u00f6nnen dabei eine gro\u00dfe Schwachstelle in Unternehmen darstellen.<\/p>\n
