Gleich zu Beginn stellen die Autoren klar: Durch Algorithmen herbeigef\u00fchrte Entscheidungen m\u00fcssen transparent sein, um gerichtlich \u00fcberpr\u00fcft werden zu k\u00f6nnen. In der praktischen Anwendung im Medizinbereich fordern die Experten:<\/p>

Unter der Voraussetzung eines nachgewiesenen Nutzens muss eine zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfe Definition der \u00e4rztlichen Sorgfaltspflicht die Anwendung von KI umfassen. Hei\u00dft im Umkehrschluss:<\/p>\n

\u00c4rzte w\u00fcrden ihre Sorgfaltspflicht verletzen, wenn sie in bestimmten Bereichen, in denen der Nutzen einer KI-Technologie nachgewiesen wurde, auf deren Einsatz verzichten.<\/p>\n

\u201eHier soll der Arzt nat\u00fcrlich nicht durch eine Software ersetzt werden \u2013 ganz im Gegenteil. Es ist eine wertvolle Hilfestellung\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n
