Laut aktueller Umfrage des Vereins Deutscher Ingenieure (VDI) geben gut 52 Prozent der Befragten an, dass Unternehmen das eigene Know-how \u00fcber die Dinge, die die digitale Transformation ausmachen, auslagern.<\/p>\n

\u201eZuk\u00fcnftig werden Dienstleistungs- und Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle auf der Verf\u00fcgbarkeit und Nutzung von Daten beruhen. Es wird darauf ankommen, sich hier nicht in die Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von anderen zu begeben, sondern notwendiges Know-how im eigenen Unternehmen und am Standort Deutschland zu haben. Von daher halten wir die Entwicklung, das eigene Personal tendenziell weniger weiterzubilden, f\u00fcr das falsche Signal.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n

Tr\u00fcbe Einsch\u00e4tzung mit positivem Ausblick<\/h3>\n

Die Umfrage des VDI ergibt, dass etwa 53 Prozent der Befragten die derzeitige internationale Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit des IT-Standorts Deutschland als durchschnittlich oder gar schlecht einsch\u00e4tzen.<\/p>\n

Dieter Westerkamp, Bereichsleiter Technik und Wissenschaft im VDI:<\/p>\n

\u201eSeit 2012 ist diese Zahl um \u00fcber 20 Prozentpunkte gestiegen. Die Zahl der Experten, die diesen Parameter mit gut einsch\u00e4tzen, ist im gleichen Zeitraum hingegen um 20 Prozentpunkte gesunken.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n

Hoffnung auf eine positive Entwicklung gibt es dennoch. Auf die Frage, wie sich die Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit des IT-Standortes Deutschland in den n\u00e4chsten drei Jahren ver\u00e4ndern wird, glauben immerhin 39 Prozent der Befragten an eine Verbesserung.<\/p>\n

Das sind 19 Prozentpunkte mehr als noch 2012. Damit einhergehend erwarten auch stolze 85 Prozent der Befragten eine steigende Nachfrage nach IT-Fachkr\u00e4ften in den kommenden drei Jahren.<\/p>\n

Unterqualifizierte F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte<\/h3>\n

Dass ein Defizit an Know-how f\u00fcr die digitale Transformation in den deutschen Unternehmen besteht, das zeigt der zum zweiten Mal erhobene \u201eDeutsche Industrie 4.0 Index\u201c. F\u00fcr den im Auftrag der Unternehmensberatung Staufen 179 Industrieunternehmen in Deutschland befragt wurden.<\/p>\n

Nahezu acht von zehn deutschen Industriebetrieben r\u00e4umen ein, die Qualifizierung ihrer F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte hinke der Entwicklung in Sachen Industrie 4.0 hinterher.<\/p>\n

\u201eJeder Betrieb braucht einen Verantwortlichen f\u00fcr das Thema Industrie 4.0 im Sinne eines Chief Digital \u00adOfficer\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n

sagt Staufen-Vorstand Martin Haas.<\/p>\n

\u201eDoch es geht nicht nur um technisches Wissen. Mindestens ebenso wichtig ist das entsprechende F\u00fchrungs-Know-how. Die Spitzenkr\u00e4fte m\u00fcssen sich damit besch\u00e4ftigen, wie sie die Bereitschaft zum digitalen Wandel in den K\u00f6pfen ihrer Mitarbeiter verankern k\u00f6nnen.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n

Und hier hapert es bislang in den Betrieben, wie die Studie zeigt. So r\u00e4umen 77 Prozent der Befragten ein, ihre Manager seien nicht ausreichend f\u00fcr Industrie 4.0 qualifiziert.<\/p>\n

Mehr als zwei Drittel aller Firmen haben noch nicht oder erst damit begonnen, ihr Unternehmensleitbild und die F\u00fchrungsrichtlinien auf die k\u00fcnftigen Erfordernisse hin anzupassen. Zudem hat die Mehrzahl der Firmen die Auswahl und Entwicklung ihrer Spitzenkr\u00e4fte bisher nicht auf die intelligente Fabrik abgestimmt.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
