In der vernetzten Fabrik von morgen haben qualifizierte Fachkr\u00e4fte beste Aussichten auf eine Stelle. Das zeigt eine repr\u00e4sentative Befragung von 559 Industrieunternehmen ab 100 Mitarbeitern, die der Digitalverband Bitkom im Vorfeld der diesj\u00e4hrigen Hannover Messe beauftragt hat.<\/p>\n

Demnach sagen 81 Prozent der Befragten: Durch Industrie 4.0 entstehen neue Arbeitspl\u00e4tze f\u00fcr gut ausgebildete Fachkr\u00e4fte. Zugleich ver\u00e4ndern sich Anforderungsprofile in der Produktion.<\/p>

So meinen 94 Prozent der Befragten, dass die Arbeit in der vernetzten Fabrik verst\u00e4rkt interdisziplin\u00e4re Kompetenzen erfordert. Der Begriff Industrie 4.0 steht f\u00fcr die vierte industrielle Revolution, in deren Verlauf die klassische Produktion mit dem Internet zusammenw\u00e4chst. Dadurch wandeln sich Arbeitsprozesse und Arbeitsinhalte in der Fabrik fundamental.<\/p>\n

\u201eIT-Spezialisten f\u00fcr Industrie 4.0 haben beste Chancen am Arbeitsmarkt. Machine-to-Machine- Software-Entwickler, Data Scientists, IT-Sicherheitsexperten, Human-Machine Interaction Designer oder Plattform- und \u00d6kosystem-Experten werden k\u00fcnftig in jeder Fabrik gefragt sein\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201eJe weiter die Vernetzung voranschreitet, desto mehr verwischen auch die Grenzen zwischen den Disziplinen Informatik und Maschinenbau. Neue Berufsbilder entstehen, um die komplexe Vernetzung und die neuen Plattformen zu beherrschen. <\/em><\/p>\n

Da\u00adrauf muss auch die Politik reagieren, etwa durch die Einrichtung von neuen hybriden Studieng\u00e4ngen und digitalen Lernwerkst\u00e4tten in den Fabriken.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n

Wie sich Industrie 4.0 f\u00fcr die Gruppe der geringer qualifizierten Mitarbeiter auswirkt, dar\u00fcber gehen die Meinungen bei den Befragten auseinander: Jedes zweite Unternehmen (47 Prozent) geht davon aus, dass durch Industrie 4.0 Arbeitspl\u00e4tze f\u00fcr gering qualifizierte Besch\u00e4ftigte wegfallen.<\/p>\n

42 Prozent sagen dagegen: Komplexe Aufgaben k\u00f6nnen dank Industrie 4.0 k\u00fcnftig auch von eher gering qualifiziertem Personal \u00fcbernommen werden.<\/p>\n

\u201eIT-basierte Assistenzsysteme wie Datenbrillen k\u00f6nnen zum Beispiel Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt durch die Reparatur oder Wartung einer Anlage f\u00fchren. So k\u00f6nnen auch weniger erfahrene Mitarbeiter sehr anspruchsvolle T\u00e4tigkeiten \u00fcbernehmen\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n
