WHW Hillebrand ist ein Unternehmen f\u00fcr Korrosionsschutz. Um die zuk\u00fcnftigen Herausforderungen noch besser meistern zu k\u00f6nnen, begann das Unternehmen mit dem Umbau seiner ERP-Landschaft.<\/p>\n

Bis dato hatte man in den Fachbereichen eigenst\u00e4ndig sehr gut laufende IT-Programme, dennoch gab es einige Probleme im Zusammenspiel der einzelnen Systeme, sodass die Zukunftsf\u00e4higkeit der IT-Landschaft nicht gegeben war.<\/p>

Im Rahmen eines umfangreichen Software-Auswahlprozesses zeigte sich, dass SAP ERP alle Anforderungen und Projektziele abdecken konnte. Als Implementierungspartner wurde Sycor gew\u00e4hlt, mit ihrer SAP-Branchenl\u00f6sung Surface f\u00fcr die speziellen Anforderungen der Oberfl\u00e4chentechnik.<\/p>\n

\u201eWichtig war uns, ein ERP-System einzuf\u00fchren, mit dem wir alle Gesch\u00e4ftsprozesse \u00fcbersichtlich abbilden k\u00f6nnen. Wir hatten bis zu 40 Softwareprogramme im Einsatz und somit einen hohen Aufwand, alle Systeme aktuell zu halten. <\/em><\/p>\n

Ein reibungsloser Austausch von Daten war immer wieder eine Herausforderung. Zudem wollten wir eine L\u00f6sung, die speziell auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse von Oberfl\u00e4chenveredlern zugeschnitten ist\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n

Ziel war es, die Insel-Softwarel\u00f6sungen abzul\u00f6sen und ein vollintegriertes System zu etablieren.<\/p>\n

\u201eUnsere L\u00f6sung bildet alle Prozesse von der Beschaffung \u00fcber die kundenspezifische Entwicklung bis zu komplexen Zulieferprozessen ab und er\u00f6ffnet mit flexibel anpassbaren Berichten, integrierter Finanzbuchhaltung und Controlling-Funktionen jederzeit eine klare Sicht auf das Unternehmen\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201eMit dem ERP-System kann WHW seine logistischen Abl\u00e4ufe \u00fcber alle Bereichsgrenzen hinweg koordinieren und planen sowie Produktionsprozesse sicher steuern.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n

Die Vertriebsgesch\u00e4ftsprozesse konnten schnell im SAP-Standard umgesetzt werden. F\u00fcr die Produktions- und Lagerprozesse musste aber eine eigene SAP-L\u00f6sung erstellt werden. Parallel zur Einf\u00fchrung der SAP-L\u00f6sung wurden bei dem Tochterunternehmen Hillebrand Chemicals ein neues Lager mit Staplerleitsystem und eine neue Produktion implementiert.<\/p>\n

Im Rahmen des Projekts f\u00fchrte man die Integration einer Schnittstelle zum externen System EDI (Seeburger BIS) durch.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
