Das Job Site Solutions Team in EMEA fokussiert sich auf das Beziehungsmanagement mit strategischen Bauunternehmen und Handwerksbetrieben, indem es die Produktpalette vor Ort vorf\u00fchrt und erl\u00e4utert und so die Endkunden von den St\u00e4rken der Milwaukee \u00fcberzeugt.<\/p>\n

Um das Team prozesstechnisch zu unterst\u00fctzen, suchte TTI nach einer passenden CRM-L\u00f6sung. Das CRM-System sollte eine einfache SAP-Integration erm\u00f6glichen und eine hohe Funktionalit\u00e4t und Bedienerfreundlichkeit aufweisen.<\/p>

Hier konnte ITML CRM \u00fcberzeugen, insbesondere auch durch die Omni-Channel-F\u00e4higkeit der L\u00f6sung. Damit k\u00f6nnen der Webshop, der Au\u00dfen- und Innendienst sowie das Management ohne st\u00f6rungsanf\u00e4llige Schnittstellen auf dieselben Daten im SAP ERP zugreifen.<\/p>\n

Die gesamte Verkaufsregion EMEA der Sparte Elektrowerkzeuge soll zuk\u00fcnftig mit Vertriebsprozessen auf Basis des ITML Smart Business Client und einer Tablet-basierten App arbeiten.<\/p>\n
