Dass die Handelswelt mittlerweile nicht mehr ohne den Onlinekanal gedacht werden kann, ist bekannt. Wie stark das Cross-Channel-Einkaufsverhalten unter den Konsumenten aber tats\u00e4chlich ausgepr\u00e4gt ist, zeigt die Studie \u201eCross-Channel im Umbruch \u2013 Das Informations- und Kaufverhalten der Konsumenten Vol. 7\u201c des ECC K\u00f6ln und Hybris.<\/p>\n

Fast zwei Drittel der deutschen Internetnutzer z\u00e4hlen zu den sogenannten selektiven Online-Shoppern, die sowohl online als auch station\u00e4r einkaufen. Nur noch knapp acht Prozent der f\u00fcr die Studie Befragten kaufen nicht gern online ein.<\/p>

Online-Recherche zuerst<\/h3>\n

Produktgruppen\u00fcbergreifend werden knapp 40 Prozent der K\u00e4ufe im station\u00e4ren Handel durch eine Informationssuche in Onlineshops vorbereitet. Damit hat die Zahl der Cross-Channel-K\u00e4ufe noch einmal zugenommen.<\/p>\n

Vor allem f\u00fcr Smart Natives ist online der Showroom schlechthin: Mehr als die H\u00e4lfte der K\u00e4ufe von 20- bis 25-J\u00e4hrigen werden in Onlineshops vorbereitet. Beratungsklau scheint hingegen kaum noch ein Thema zu sein: Lediglich vor jedem zehnten Onlinekauf wird ein station\u00e4res Ladengesch\u00e4ft aufgesucht.<\/p>\n

\u201eDie Grenzen zwischen den einzelnen Kan\u00e4len l\u00f6sen sich auf. Die Kunden denken nicht mehr in Kan\u00e4len, sondern wollen nahtlos zwischen digitaler und physischer Welt wechseln\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n
