Mit der Digitalisierung meines zuk\u00fcnftigen Unternehmens erreiche ich, dass ich auf die neuen Anforderungen und Herausforderungen des Marktes schneller reagieren kann.<\/p>\n

Die Wertsch\u00f6pfung aus den heutigen Prozessen ist relativ ausgesch\u00f6pft. Das hei\u00dft, wenn ich weiterhin eine wichtige Rolle im Markt spielen will, muss ich neue Gesch\u00e4ftsfelder definieren und bereitstellen. Das Produkt sollte in den Hintergrund und der Mehrwert f\u00fcr den Kunden in den Vordergrund gestellt werden.<\/p>

Folgende Handlungsfelder sollten bei der Umsetzung eines Industrie-4.0-Projektes im Vorfeld ber\u00fccksichtigt und umgesetzt werden.<\/p>\n

Die Organisation \u2013 der Mensch<\/h3>\n

Auch in Zukunft sollte der Mensch einer der wichtigsten Faktoren im Konzept von Industrie 4.0 sein. Der Wandel, der vollzogen wird, sollte fr\u00fchzeitig mitgeteilt und geschult werden.<\/p>\n

Key User sollten qualifiziert und das neu gewonnene Know-how sollte an den Rest der Mitarbeiter \u00fcbertragen werden. Zu empfehlen ist, dass w\u00e4hrend der Umsetzungsphase bereits Beispielprojekte aufgesetzt und durchgef\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\n

Das \u00d6kosystem<\/h3>\n

Aufgrund der hohen Energie- und Rohstoffverbr\u00e4uche in den Produktionen sollten die Umwelt- und Versorgungsrisiken genau gepr\u00fcft werden. Alternative Standortfragen und neue Produktionstechniken und -abl\u00e4ufe sollten \u00fcberdacht und eventuell neu aufgesetzt werden.<\/p>\n

Es ist zu erwarten, dass eine erhebliche Ressourceneffizienz und Produktionssteigerung erzielt wird.<\/p>\n

Datenqualit\u00e4t<\/h3>\n

Aufbauend auf einer einheitlichen Datenstruktur, die sowohl f\u00fcr den betriebswirtschaftlichen als auch f\u00fcr den logistischen und vor allem f\u00fcr den Konstruktions- und Engineering-Bereich zwingend ist, sollte in Zukunft eine zweiteilige Softwareentwicklungsstrategie eingef\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\n

Die Schnellbootstrategie: Das bedeutet: Es werden schnelle L\u00f6sungen sofort umgesetzt, um das Ad-hoc-Gesch\u00e4ft zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n

Die Tankerstrategie: Hierbei werden mittel- und langfristige Strategien verabschiedet und Firmenstandards und Normierungen eingef\u00fchrt. Diese Basis und die Architekturdefinition erm\u00f6glichen eine kollaborative Zusammenarbeit \u00fcber verteilte Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstandorte. Eine Breitbandinfrastruktur sollte fl\u00e4chendeckend zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen, um Performance und Qualit\u00e4t sowie Sicherheit bei der Kommunikation zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n

Mehrwert Industrie 4.0<\/h3>\n

Die Digitalisierung der Fertigung und die Neugestaltung der Fertigungsprozesse erm\u00f6glichen neue\u00a0 Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle und neue Produktlinien.<\/p>\n

In Simulationen kann auf sofortige Probleme eingegangen und reagiert werden. Schnelle L\u00f6sungen und Mehrwerte werden \u00fcber Smartphones und Tablets jederzeit und sofort zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt und sind allen im direkten Zugriff zug\u00e4nglich.\u00a0 Bedienerfreundlichkeit meiner Kundensysteme erh\u00f6ht dadurch die Akzeptanz und steigert somit die Flexibilit\u00e4t und Effizienz meines Unternehmens.<\/p>\n

Die Agilit\u00e4t in meiner neuen Entwicklung hilft mir, als Unternehmen im globalen Markt t\u00e4tig zu werden, baut mir intelligente Systeme und schafft neue technische Verbesserung.<\/p>\n
