Das Thema ist \u00fcberall: k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz (KI). Von jedem Unternehmen wird erwartet, dass es etwas in dem Bereich KI vorzuweisen hat, vorzugsweise L\u00f6sungen aus der Cloud.<\/p>\n

Doch niemand verr\u00e4t, wie man als Unternehmer seine Organisation konkret auf die Auswirkungen von KI und auch RPA vorbereitet. K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz und RPA versetzen viele Mitarbeiter in Angst und Schrecken und verunsichern F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte massiv. Sollen diese L\u00f6sungen dann noch aus der Cloud bereitgestellt werden, tritt oft \u00dcberforderung ein.<\/p>

Neben der technischen Umsetzung muss eine erfolgreiche KI-Strategie sowohl kulturelle als auch gesch\u00e4ftliche Aspekte ber\u00fccksichtigen. Um eine KI-f\u00e4hige Organisation zu sein, bedarf es einer grundlegenden Ver\u00e4nderung in der Art und Weise, wie agiert wird, wie Mitarbeiter miteinander umgehen, welche F\u00e4higkeiten sie haben und durch welche Prozesse und Prinzipien Verhalten geleitet wird.<\/p>\n

Diese erforderlichen Ver\u00e4nderungen dringen bis in den Kern der Unternehmenskultur vor. Es ist sinnvoll, die erforderliche Transformation ganzheitlich anzugehen.<\/p>\n

Die Schaffung einer KI-f\u00e4higen Kultur erfordert eine datengesteuerte Organisation. Gleichzeitig m\u00fcssen Menschen bef\u00e4higt werden, an der KI-Transformation teilzunehmen und ein integratives Umfeld zu schaffen, das eine funktions\u00fcbergreifende, multidisziplin\u00e4re Zusammenarbeit erm\u00f6glicht.<\/p>\n

Einen verantwortungsvollen Einsatz f\u00fcr KI zu finden, der Mitarbeiter nicht verunsichert, ist ebenfalls wichtig. Nat\u00fcrlich ist dies nur mit einer starken F\u00fchrung m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n

Die F\u00fchrung muss den Wandel vorantreiben, indem sie sowohl die f\u00fcr diese Transformation erforderlichen Ver\u00e4nderungen \u00fcbernimmt als auch die Menschen aktiv unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n

Der erste Schritt besteht darin, sicherzustellen, dass man \u00fcber valide Unternehmensdaten verf\u00fcgt. Eine hohe Datenqualit\u00e4t und eine vollst\u00e4ndige Datenbasis erm\u00f6glichen nicht nur erst ein sinnvolles Controlling, sondern bilden die Grundlage f\u00fcr jedes gute KI-System.<\/p>\n

Hierbei kann die SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation unterst\u00fctzen. In der Cloud bereitgestellt, k\u00f6nnen wiederkehrende Aufgaben, wie zum Beispiel die Anlage von Stammdaten, automatisiert werden.<\/p>\n

Die Fehlerquote bei dem Einsatz von RPA liegt dabei deutlich unter der des menschlichen Einsatzes. Hinzu kommt, dass ein Unternehmen nur dann datengesteuert sein kann, wenn die Datengrundlage in hoher Qualit\u00e4t allen Abteilungen verf\u00fcgbar ist und nicht in einzelnen Silos vorgehalten wird.<\/p>\n

Anders als bei kleineren IT-Projekten kommt es bei KI und RPA umso mehr auf die Unternehmenskultur an. Die F\u00f6rderung einer KI-f\u00e4higen Kultur bedeutet, dass die Menschen bef\u00e4higt werden, Teil der KI-Transformation zu sein.<\/p>\n

Da sich die KI st\u00e4ndig weiterentwickelt, hat sie das Potenzial, erhebliche Ver\u00e4nderungen in unserem Leben herbeizuf\u00fchren, und stellt komplexe und herausfordernde Fragen dar\u00fcber, welche Zukunft wir uns w\u00fcnschen.<\/p>\n

Unternehmen m\u00fcssen sich fragen: Wie entwerfen, bauen und nutzen wir KI-Systeme, um einen positiven Einfluss auf den Einzelnen und die Gesellschaft zu erzielen? Wie k\u00f6nnen wir sicherstellen, dass KI-Systeme alle gerecht behandeln? Wie k\u00f6nnen wir die Mitarbeiter am besten auf die neue KI-\u00c4ra vorbereiten?<\/p>\n

Diese Fragen sind so essenziell, dass selbst die weltweiten KI-Experten uneins dar\u00fcber sind, wie man diese komplexen und grundlegenden Fragen nachhaltig beantworten kann.<\/p>\n

Die Kultur einer Organisation ist das R\u00fcckgrat des Unternehmens: St\u00e4rker denn je ist es die Unternehmenskultur, die dar\u00fcber entscheiden wird, wie erfolgreich ein Unternehmen in der Zukunft sein wird.<\/p>\n
