Schon l\u00e4ngst nutzen die meisten Unternehmen flexible Cloud-Technologien, um ihre IT zu modernisieren. Die Cloud-Angebote sind mittlerweile schon so weit ausgereift, dass viele Organisationen sogar eine Cloud-First-Strategie folgen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das hei\u00dft, dass sie von vorneherein eher Cloud-Dienstleistungen nutzen, anstatt eigene Systeme anzuschaffen. Die meisten Unternehmenslenker und IT-Manager w\u00e4hnen sich bei ihren Bem\u00fchungen zur Modernisierung mit dieser Strategie auf der sicheren Seite. <\/p>

Viele Organisationen glauben, dass sie sich einfach nur f\u00fcr einen passenden Cloud-Anbieter entscheiden m\u00fcssen, sobald sie sich f\u00fcr den Schritt in die Cloud entschieden haben. In der Realit\u00e4t ist die Entscheidung deutlich komplexer, als nur Preise und Funktionen von Cloudanbietern zu vergleichen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In der Praxis ist die Migration von Daten und Prozessen in die Cloud oft mit vielen manuellen Einstellungen verbunden. Und wer veraltete Prozesse mit in die Cloud nimmt, der l\u00e4uft Gefahr, dass die Prozesse in der Cloud bei \u00c4nderungen sogar noch komplexer zu verwalten sind als zuvor im eigenen Rechenzentrum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dieser zus\u00e4tzliche Aufwand vorschneller Migrationsprojekte in die Cloud macht die Vorteile dieser Migration teilweise wieder zunichte – und stellt so den Cloud-First-Ansatz als Ganzes in Frage. Um diesen hohen Aufwand zu vermeiden, muss folglich erst das Datenmanagement auf den neuesten Stand gebracht werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hierbei spielt Automatisierung eine Schl\u00fcsselrolle. Im Kern geht es bei einem Automation-First-Ansatz darum, sich auf Ver\u00e4nderungen in der Zukunft vorzubereiten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ein hoher Grad an Automatisierung macht das Datenmanagement damit zukunftssicher, flexibler und einfacher zu verwalten. Um jedoch einen hohen Grad an Automatisierung zu erlangen, muss das h\u00f6here Management einer Organisation mit an Bord sein, um den Weg dorthin zu bereiten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es muss eine Kultur der Automatisierung aktiv unterst\u00fctzt werden, die gemeinsam mit allen Mitarbeitern, inklusive der IT, wachsen muss, die an den Prozessen beteiligt sind.
