Digitalisierung und Remote Work haben drastisch an Akzeptanz gewonnen: Nach einer aktuellen Bitkom-Studie haben im ersten Quartal 2020 neun Millionen Arbeitnehmer erstmals von zuhause aus gearbeitet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die schiere Zahl legt nahe, dass nicht alle darauf vorbereitet waren: Die meisten Unternehmen haben \u00fcbergangsweise auf Cloud-Dienste gesetzt. Das k\u00f6nnte erheblichen Zusatzaufwand f\u00fcr die Unternehmen bedeuten: nach sechs Wochen improvisierter Heimarbeit gesch\u00e4tzt neun Millionen Manntage f\u00fcr das Suchen, Ablegen und korrekte Archivieren der im Homeoffice bearbeiteten Dateien.<\/p>

Die Einrichtung entsprechender L\u00f6sungen braucht Zeit: Wer die nicht hat, hat oft ein Problem. Vielleicht nicht sofort: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Einen nachvollziehbaren Dokumentenfluss im Nachgang \u2013 mit der R\u00fcckkehr zum B\u00fcroalltag \u2013 wieder h\u00e4ndisch herzustellen k\u00f6nnte zus\u00e4tzliche Lasten aufb\u00fcrden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eNeun Millionen Arbeitnehmer, die kurzfristig ins Homeoffice wechseln mussten, haben in sechs Wochen 270 Millionen Manntage gearbeitet\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
