Eine allgemeing\u00fcltige Antwort kann es nicht geben. Wenn aber bereits konkrete Prozessverbesserungen anstehen, sind neue Ideen und tragf\u00e4hige \u201eBr\u00fcckenl\u00f6sungen\u201c besser als Abwarten \u2013 diese Erfahrung machte man bei dm Tech, dem IT-Tochterunternehmen der Drogeriemarktkette dm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seit L\u00e4ngerem schon suchte man hier nach einer zeitsparenden L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr die klassischen HR-Prozesse wie etwa Arbeitszeit\u00ad\u00e4nderung oder unbefristete \u00dcbernahme. Zwar standen die Antragsformulare im Intranet bereits digital innerhalb von MS \u00adSharepoint zur Verf\u00fcgung. Eine Integration in das SAP-HCM-Backend-System war aber nicht gegeben. Umsetzungspartner war Projekt0708.<\/p>

Die neue L\u00f6sung musste vor allem mobilf\u00e4hig sein. Bei dm Tech wollte man daf\u00fcr ein Toolset nutzen, das in der SAP HCM Suite bereits enthalten ist: \u201eProzesse und Formulare\u201c. Die Prozesse bzw. Templates aus diesem Baukastensystem sind zun\u00e4chst zu kopieren und auf die jeweiligen Anwendungsf\u00e4lle anzupassen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standardm\u00e4\u00dfig k\u00f6nnen daf\u00fcr Web Dynpro Abap oder auch Adobe Interactive Forms \u2013 und auch SAP Fiori \u2013 als Benutzeroberfl\u00e4chen verwendet werden. Fiori war die Wahl von dm Tech und Anpassungen wurden von Projekt0708 vorgenommen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
