Ob schwaches Handynetz, langsames Internet oder unumg\u00e4ngliche Beh\u00f6rdeng\u00e4nge: Wenngleich f\u00fcr Deutschland als Indus\u00adtriestandort eigentlich kein Weg an der digitalen Transformation vorbeif\u00fchrt, so geht es bisher noch viel zu schleppend voran. In den Unternehmen im deutschsprachigen Raum sieht das nicht anders aus, wie sich jetzt im Zuge der Coronakrise deutlich zeigt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Obwohl die Unternehmen rein technologisch bereits einen hohen Digitalisierungsgrad erreicht haben k\u00f6nnten, zaudern sie, z. B. Zahlungsverfolgung, Lieferstr\u00f6me oder die Anpassung der Produktion an neue Bedingungen und Zusammenarbeitsmodelle \u201edigital\u201c zu denken und zu realisieren.<\/p>

Diese Entwicklung sehen wir kritisch, da es keine Alternativen zum digitalen Wandel gibt. Wirtschaftlich birgt die digitale Transformation enorme Potenziale und die Unternehmen im deutschsprachigen Raum sind zu Innovationen durchaus f\u00e4hig. Doch zuvor muss ein Umdenken stattfinden. Digitale Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle gewinnen wie erw\u00e4hnt an Bedeutung und k\u00f6nnen schon heute dar\u00fcber entscheiden, ob sich ein Unternehmen erfolgreich im Wettbewerb durchsetzt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Um den Industriestandort Europa zu st\u00e4rken, ist die Erh\u00f6hung des Automatisierungsgrades, wie in der Industrie-4.0-Initiative beschrieben, weiterhin sehr wichtig. Bisher begn\u00fcgen sich jedoch noch zu viele Unternehmen damit, bestehende Gesch\u00e4ftsprozesse zu automatisieren, statt einen umfassend strategischen Blick auf ihre Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle zu werfen. K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz kann da allenfalls helfen, neue Wege und Ideen umzusetzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Besonders schwer tun sich kleine und mittlere Unternehmen. Das \u00fcberrascht nicht, da der digitale Wandel ganzer Gesch\u00e4fts- und vielleicht sogar Produktionsmodelle teuer sein kann und viele Mitarbeiter ben\u00f6tigt. Hier macht sich jedoch der Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel bemerkbar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Um Deutschland als Hightech-Standort zu st\u00e4rken und die wirtschaftliche und gesellschaftliche Transformation zu meistern, muss aus Sicht der DSAG vor allem ein st\u00e4rkerer (Wissens-)Transfer zwischen Universit\u00e4ten, Forschungseinrichtungen und Wirtschaft erfolgen, um junge Talente praxisnah auszubilden. Parallel spielt die Entwicklung einer nachhaltigen Lernkultur und damit die kontinuierliche Aus- und Weiterbildung bestehender Mitarbeiter eine wichtige Rolle.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
