In vielen Unternehmen sind Homeoffice und digitale Zusammenarbeit mittlerweile selbstverst\u00e4ndlich geworden. Wenn pers\u00f6nliche Kontakte nicht m\u00f6glich sind, wirkt sich das auch auf das Recruiting aus. Wie eine Stepstone-Studie zeigt, fanden im Mai 2020 bereits 60 Prozent aller Bewerbergespr\u00e4che per Video\u00adchat statt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So k\u00f6nnen sich Kandidaten und Unternehmen in Zeiten von Social Distancing zumindest virtuell kennenlernen. Viele HR-Abteilungen haben festgestellt, dass das hervorragend funktioniert, und werden Live-Videointerviews sicher auch nach der Pandemie weiter einsetzen. Bewerberverfahren m\u00fcssen nicht nur schnell sein, sondern auch einen positiven Eindruck beim Kandidaten hinterlassen. Das ist gleich in doppelter Hinsicht wichtig: einerseits, um erfolgreich zum Vertragsabschluss zu kommen, und andererseits, um die Arbeitgebermarke zu st\u00e4rken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umgekehrt kann sich eine schlechte Candidate Experience negativ auf das Employer Branding auswirken. So ergab eine CareerBuilder-Studie, dass mehr als die H\u00e4lfte der Bewerber nicht mehr bei einem Unternehmen einkaufen w\u00fcrden, bei dem sie schlechte Erfahrungen w\u00e4hrend einer Bewerbung gemacht haben.
