F\u00fcr die Umsetzung ihrer strategischen Ziele wollen 51 Prozent der Befragten in der neuen L\u00fcnendonk-Studie entweder eigene Plattform\u00f6kosysteme aufbauen oder Teil bestehender Plattformen werden. In diesem Kontext wollen 48 Prozent der Unternehmen ihre Kompetenzen bei der Datenanalyse st\u00e4rker ausbauen und sich zu datengetriebenen Organisationen wandeln. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Um den ver\u00e4nderten Herausforderungen bei der Digitalisierung zu begegnen, erh\u00f6hen die Unternehmen ihre Anstrengungen in der Innovationsentwicklung. Knapp die H\u00e4lfte der befragten Unternehmen legt bei der Entwicklung von Innovationen den Fokus auf Kostensenkung\/Effizienzsteigerung (51 Prozent) sowie auf die Erh\u00f6hung der Flexibilit\u00e4t (49 Prozent). \u201eViele Unternehmen reagierten damit auf eine bessere Kostenstruktur und einen h\u00f6heren Digitalisierungsgrad des Wettbewerbs, aber auch auf die Plattform\u00f6konomie mit ihren teilweise sehr erfolgreichen digitalen Gesch\u00e4ftsmodellen<\/em>\u201c, so Mario Zillmann, Partner bei L\u00fcnendonk und Studienautor. <\/p>

\u201eDiese basieren auf einer hohen Prozesseffizienz, einer konsequenten Datenanalyse, dem Einsatz von KI und der Cloud sowie einer hohen User Centricity.<\/em>\u201c Der Austausch von Daten \u00fcber Systemgrenzen hinweg \u00fcber schnittstellenoffene IT-Systeme zur Entstehung durchg\u00e4ngiger Prozesse (End-to-End) ist eine wichtige Voraussetzung f\u00fcr die Digitalisierung von Prozessen und die Entwicklung digitaler Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mehr als jedes zweite Unternehmen (56 Prozent) ist bereits in einer eher oder sehr fortgeschrittenen Phase bei der Nutzung von Open-Source-Tools in der IT. Machine-
to-Machine-Kommunikation (M2M) nutzen zwar nur 19 Prozent der befragten Unternehmen, allerdings planen 32 Prozent deren Einf\u00fchrung.
