Intelligente Automatisierung unter Einbindung von k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz (KI) gewinnt zunehmend auch im deutschen Mittelstand an Akzeptanz. Zugleich weitet sich nicht zuletzt wegen der Coronapandemie die Automatisierung nun auch auf Prozesse im Vertrieb, Marketing, Kundenservice und bei den Lieferketten aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dies meldet der neue \u201eISG Provider Lens Intelligent Automation \u2013 Solutions & Services Report Germany 2020\u201c der Information Services Group (ISG). Intelligente Automatisierung werde derzeit vor allem genutzt, um Kosten zu senken. Doch langfristig wollten Unternehmen damit vor allem ihre Produktivit\u00e4t steigern und Risiken f\u00fcr den Gesch\u00e4ftsbetrieb minimieren. <\/p>

ISG z\u00e4hlt Deutschland beim Einsatz intelligenter Gesch\u00e4ftsautomatisierung neben den USA und Gro\u00dfbritannien zu den Top-3-M\u00e4rkten weltweit. Von den hiesigen Unternehmen, die bereits Automatisierungsl\u00f6sungen unterhalten, hat ISG zufolge mehr als die H\u00e4lfte ihren Kundenservice automatisiert, dicht gefolgt von Vertrieb und Marketing, Finanz- und Rechnungswesen sowie Supply-Chain-Funktionen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au\u00dferdem hat ISG in letzter Zeit eine verst\u00e4rkte Implementierung von ML in Gesch\u00e4ftsprozessen deutscher Unternehmen beobachtet, die damit die menschliche Entscheidungsfindung unterst\u00fctzen wollen. NLP (Natural Language Processing) und intelligente Dokumentenverarbeitung st\u00fcnden derzeit auf der Liste der geplanten Projekte ganz oben. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ISG weist in der Studie auch auf die deutsche Besonderheit des Betriebsverfassungsgesetzes hin, das den Mitarbeitern \u00fcber den Betriebsrat weitreichende Mitbestimmungsrechte bei Automatisierungsma\u00dfnahmen einr\u00e4umt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ISG empfiehlt deshalb automatisierungswilligen Unternehmen in Deutschland, sich eng und fortlaufend mit dem \u00adBetriebsrat abzustimmen, um ein reibungs\u00adloses Change Management und eine erfolgreiche Automatisierung der Gesch\u00e4ftsprozesse zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aufseiten der Anbieter von Automatisierungsservices investieren die f\u00fchrenden Anbieter derzeit deutlich in ihre Vor-Ort-Pr\u00e4senz in Deutschland, so die ISG-Studie. Sie stellen demnach mehr lokales Personal ein, suchen aktiv nach \u00dcbernahmekandidaten und Partnerschaften in der Region, richten sogenannte \u201eInnovation Labs\u201c in Deutschland ein und arbeiten mit den hiesigen Hochschulen zusammen, um die Nachwuchsf\u00f6rderung zu unterst\u00fctzen. Im Teilmarkt \u201eIntelligent Business Automation\u201c untersuchte ISG insgesamt 21 Anbieter, wovon sich acht als \u201eLeader\u201c und zwei als \u201eRising Star\u201c positionieren konnten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
