Die Umsetzung von Innovationen ist ein zentrales Thema der Digitalisierung. So ist beispielsweise die Digitalisierung der Supply Chain ein von vielen Firmen verfolgtes Innovationsziel. Diese Strategie ist durchaus empfehlenswert, da eine Verbesserung der Supply Chain eine gro\u00dfe Hebelwirkung auf die gesamte Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette haben kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Pandemie und die daraus resultierenden Produktionsausf\u00e4lle zeigen jedoch die Anf\u00e4lligkeit von Lieferketten. Hier sind digitale Ideen gefragt. Konzepte, die zudem auch vom ERP-System als zentralem Hub der Digitalisierung unterst\u00fctzt werden m\u00fcssen. Doch gerade in diesem Bereich ist noch Luft nach oben. <\/p>

Die Trendstudie \u201eMehrwerte schaffen f\u00fcr den Mittelstand durch ERP-Software\u201c hat untersucht, inwieweit sich Unternehmen bei der Realisierung von Innovationsthemen auf ihr ERP-System verlassen k\u00f6nnen. Laut Umfrage werden relativ neue Themenfelder, beispielsweise KI, Indus\u00adtrie 4.0, Predictive Maintenance oder Condition Monitoring, oft noch nicht ausreichend unterst\u00fctzt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interessanterweise erhalten ERP-Systeme von ihren Anwendern positive Bewertungen bez\u00fcglich derjenigen Themen, die pandemiebedingt von besonderer Relevanz sind. So \u00e4u\u00dfern drei Viertel der Befragten (74 Prozent), dass sie in der Transformation ihrer Warenlogistik gute oder sehr gute Hilfestellung durch ihr ERP erhalten. Gleiches gilt f\u00fcr die Optimierung der Lieferkettensteuerung (68 Prozent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
