Qualtrics announces plans to hire 1000 new employees in Europe, Africa and the Middle East (EMEA) by 2024. Among other things, Qualtrics is doubling office space at its Dublin headquarters and filling key positions with new executives. \"Companies around the world are in the midst of a transformation process. Massive opportunities are therefore opening up in our market area<\/em>\" said Zig Serafin, CEO of Qualtrics. \"Experience data is becoming the most valuable information an organization can possess. The investments we are making now will benefit us as we expand across the EMEA region<\/em>.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Increased commitment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The company aims to more than double its headcount in all major EMEA offices - Munich, London, Paris, Dublin, Amsterdam and Krakow - over the next three years. New hires are planned for all functions, including Sales, Professional Services Engineering, Operations, Customer Success and Marketing.<\/p>

The expansion of the EMEA headquarters in Dublin will be completed in early 2022 and will be accompanied by a doubling of total local capacity. This reaffirms the company's commitment to the EMEA region even after the Covid 19 pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everything new - even the pub<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The expanded EMEA headquarters will house a new research and development center to drive new product development. Qualtrics also announced the relocation of its Polish engineering team to a new office in 2022. Its workforce is to be increased by a third. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

By offering a hybrid work model, Qualtrics aims to meet the changing needs of its employees and foster their collaboration. To optimize the working environment, team areas and individual workstations, as well as a fitness and wellness center, among other things, will be set up. In addition, the in-house pub Dermot's will receive a new outdoor terrace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of its expansion strategy, Qualtrics 2021 has brought on board several experienced technology executives, including Stephanie Barton as Managing Director for EMEA. She was most recently Vice President Global Accounts EMEA at VMWare. Also new to the team: G\u00fcner Aksoy, who will take charge of the DACH region, having previously spent five years as head of German and Austrian operations at Pure Storage. France will be taken care of by Vanessa Cugni\u00e8re, who previously spent seven years at Salesforce in various senior positions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With its enlarged leadership team and new capabilities, Qualtrics will be able to provide enhanced service and support.
