A specialist for security in the SAP environment has gained fifteen new partners throughout Europe.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The SAP security provider Security-Bridge is focusing its growth strategy on European expansion. In Spain, Security-Bridge is represented by the consulting firm Techedge Spain. All for One Group takes over SAP service provider<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All for One Group acquires a 51 percent majority stake in SNP Poland, a provider of software solutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both parties have agreed mutual call and put options for the complete takeover of all shares, which can be exercised for the first time from the end of 2023. Neither company has disclosed the purchase price, which will be financed from cash and cash equivalents. SNP Poland is a provider of SAP services and software solutions for digital transformation processes in Poland with more than 400 employees and over 400 customers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Managed services for identity security<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Managed service provider Telef\u00f3nica Tech is expanding its cybersecurity offering with new identity-based solutions based on CyberArk. The new solutions focus on a security-oriented approach to protecting against identity-based risks. Telef\u00f3nica Tech and CyberArk offer their customers the ability to secure access for all human and machine identities without compromising business agility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the agreement, Telef\u00f3nica's B2B customers and telecom operators will have access to a range of innovative cybersecurity offerings based on the CyberArk Identity Security Platform. Telef\u00f3nica Tech will offer the CyberArk platform as a ma-naged service to meet customers' identity security needs. CloudOps for everyone<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The acquisition expands NetApp's Spot-by-NetApp CloudOps platform.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

NetApp announces the finalization of the acquisition of CloudCheckr. The cloud optimization platform provides visibility and insight into the cloud to reduce costs, ensure security and compliance, and optimize cloud resources. Financial details of the transaction will not be disclosed. The acquisition of CloudCheckr complements and expands the Spot-by-NetApp portfolio into a comprehensive offering of CloudOps services and builds on the recent acquisition of Data Mechanics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
