Porsche subsidiary MHP is now an official partner of experience management specialist Qualtrics. This is a logical step, as MHP has already been working closely with Qualtrics (then still under SAP) for several years and has implemented many projects in the field of experience management, for example for automotive manufacturers and production companies from other sectors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The joint partnership is based on consulting services and implementations relating to customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX). Qualtrics' software enables companies to systematically collect and evaluate feedback from customers and employees across the entire customer journey in order to initiate automated improvement measures. <\/p>
