Three-quarters of CEOs surveyed in a recent international study by network and IT services provider BT are confident that their programs will help them achieve their strategic goals.<\/p>\n

This includes increasing operational efficiency, improving customer service and innovating for the future, with safety as a key differentiator.<\/p>
