With immediate effect, the two companies will operate under the uniform brand name Jaggaer. The Pool4Tool product will be retained in full and will continue to be marketed under the name Jaggaer direct.<\/p>\n

The merger gives both companies access to new markets, target groups and business processes and makes them one of the largest e-procurement providers on the global market.<\/p>
